This 42m² flat in the Chinaillon heights is south-facing with a view of the slopes. It sleeps 6 people and is located on the 1st floor without a lift. It comprises :
- A lounge with a 2-seater sofa bed (140x180),
- A mountain area with 2 fold-down beds (90x190);
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x180), u
- A shower room with toilet;
- A fully-equipped kitchen;

You can also take advantage of the sunny balcony to enjoy a quiet aperitif or admire the view of the slopes.

A ski locker is located at the entrance to the residence, in the neighbouring building.

Facilities : Television, Oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hairdryer.

You will be staying on the heights of the village:
- 5 minutes by car from the centre of Chinaillon ;
- 15 minutes from Grand-Bornand Village;
- At the foot of the residence is the shuttle bus, skibus;
- 500m from a ski hire service;
- 10-minute walk to a ski school.

Good to know:
- Linen not included, sheets and towels are provided at extra cost, in order to offer you the flat at the most competitive price possible.
- No Wifi ;
- Cleaning: the charge does not exempt you from tidying up as much as possible.
- Special winter equipment is compulsory for access to the flat, which is located on the higher ground;

## Emplacement
Le Grand-Bornand is a famous ski resort located in the department of Haute-Savoie. The population of the resort multiplies by 10 during the winter vacations, going from 2252 inhabitants in low season to more than 23000 inhabitants at the arrival of the holiday makers, that's to tell you the tourist attraction of Le Grand-Bornand! The summer season is not to be outdone with its famous festival "au bonheur des Mômes", its swimming pool, its animations and its numerous mountain activities (hiking, paragliding, climbing, cycling, via ferrata, accrobranche...)
