Det var et fint ophold. Langt væk fra det centrale på The Strip. Men super fine værelser. Jeg synes det tog alt for længe at checke ind.

Det var vores første gang vi var på Sahara, dog var oplevelsen skuffende, værelser blev ikke gjordt rene, maden var virkelig skuffende og til alt for stor overpris. Servicen var ikke helt eksisterende. Jeg vil helt klart anbefalede en af de mange andre hoteller som der er i Vegas. Jeg er glad for at vi nåede og flytte hotel og opleve en anden.

Ok Hotel- med undtagelser
Indtjekning tog sin tid og receptionisten var mere eller mindre ligeglad. Ok værelse men møgbeskidt og total ulækkert tæppe!!! Dette skulle være skiftet for flere år siden! Den ene elevator gik i stykker første dag Vi var der og blev ikke fikset så man brugte 10 min hver gang man skulle op og 10 min hver gang man skulle ned! Man betaler en høj pris for Wifi samt benyttelse af swimming pool- disse var flere gange ikke åbnet til tiden eller også var de bare lukket iden grund?? Udover disse ting - så er det et ok hotel.

Never again!
10 Night Stay. No room cleaning, had to ask for it and still they did not change our bedsheets. Had to ask for towels every second day and had to ask twice before it finally was delivered. Elevator was a disaster - sometimes we had to wait 30-40 min. to be able to go down. Bed was so dirty every day with dirt coming out of the air conditioner! We are not staying there again.

Hotellet glemte st oplyse, at rengøring skulle bestilles dagen forinden. Da det blev bestilt til anden dag, glemte de at gøre rent alligevel. Hotellet gav dog rabat af denne grund. Det virkede ikke vigtigt for personalet at yde god service. Utrolig høj musik fra voksenpoolen til ud på natten.

The property is beautiful, but the room is smaller than the one on the website. We arrived late due to our flight and our room was sold. They was upgrading our room, but it was not better.. The sheets were not changed and the trash was not emptied. They charge for housekeeping and there was nothing done but towels in the room. Will never visit again.

Sahara was a great experience. It was clean and beds were comfortable . She upgraded my room because it was my first time there. The only thing I didn’t like is they wanted to charge an extra $25 for early check in although the room was available. I also didn’t like that the pool closed so early.

We loved our overall stay, aside from the long line up my friends and family had experienced... my friend whom I booked a separate stay same as our date of stay had a messy room waiting for them.. but after we talked to the reception the following day, they managed to give ny friend and her family some discount for the inconvenience experienced. But overall, I would have given 5 star, only they need to improve check in process. Thanks Sahara!

The elevators need work only 2 of 7 worked. And they need to crack down on the use of marijuana our room stunk from what we think was a neighbor doing it. Horrible!

Loved the property and staff. The downside was the internet was down most of the days we were there. The elevators kept getting stuck which resulted in long wait times and lines to get on or off the elevators. The restaurant options were pretty good at the hotel. Overall I would stay again as long as the technical difficulties were not a factor.

The property is FAR AWAY from "the strip" however you can pay to use the monorail which is very convenient. The beds ARE NOT KING SIZE as advertised; the beds are queen size. (others have mentioned the same thing about the king size beds in their reviews) Overall the price we paid was ok being resort is not within walking distance from "the strip".
