Parking is available for free in the area as you have been able to verify on the day of your arrival that you have parked in the free one and used it for the entire time of your stay. We are rather surprised to read your considerations, however we would like to specify that the building as well as the city are extremely safe and that all our rooms are soundproofed and have triple glazing on the windows. We also just don't understand why you had to put the furniture against the window for your safety since we were on the third floor and it was impossible to climb.We are sorry that you have only been able to appreciate the structure, the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism and helpfulness of our staff, we hope to have you back as a guest in our beautiful city. Dear guest, thank you for leaving your personal review.We are sorry that the structure did not meet your satisfaction and we would have liked to know the reasons for your dissatisfaction.In the absence of information we would like to remind you that we gave you a free early check-in with delivery of the keys at 12.30 and that if we had been contacted earlier we could have suggested free parking just 5/7 minutes walk from the property or for a fee in the garage just 100 meters away.It would have been enough only after reading, to reply to the WP messages sent the day before your arrival by our collaborators or to read all the information on the booking to not feel so dissatisfied.We remain available for any clarifications in this regard, thanks to the management.
