The floorplan is very open allowing you hang out in the comfortable family room with oversized sectional sofa, fireplace, 70" HDTV with Roku and Apple TV. There is also a bar area with seating for four and a Margaritaville Margarita Machine. The family room and kitchen have retractable glass walls that open up to the pool area that bring in the beauty of the outdoors into the large open concept great room.
Spend the days, relaxing by the tranquil salt water swimming pool and spa with a waterfall and a built in tanning shelf for lounging. Take a break from the sun under the covered patio with misters and an outdoor living room. In the evenings relax by the outdoor fireplace. The outdoor area has an abundance of seating areas with six chaise lounges, multiple umbrellas and a built in natural gas bbq. The side yard offers additional couches and a sitting area and for those that want to play games on the grass.
Each bedroom has it's own en-suite bathroom. In addition, two bathrobes per bedroom are provided. The oversized master bedroom features a Cal King bed with a fireplace as well as a large seating area with patio access to the backyard and views of the fairway. The master bathroom features a walk in shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks, vanity area plus a large soaking tub and an oversized walk-in closet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the main house at the opposite sides of the home. Each bedroom offers privacy with a Cal King bed and their own en-suite bathroom's with a walk-in shower and two robes per room.
The detached casita is located off the courtyard and is a very large two room casita with a separate sitting area. The sitting area has a pull out sofa as well as a large TV. The 4th bedroom has a Cal King bed and it's own en suite bathroom.
In addition, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board and laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is also another set of washer's and dryer's in the garage.
The garage houses an additional fridge as well as a washer and dryer.

This home does have video security cameras only on the perimeter of the property which include: front courtyard, driveway and side yard for safety reasons.

**Note: Due to COVID the city of La Quinta has strictly enforced the city ordinance for vacation rentals. The most important rule to note prior to booking is that there is no outdoor music or amplified sound allowed at any time of the day or night. If you are playing music inside, the doors must be closed. The renter will be responsible for any fines from the PGA West HOA or the City of La Quinta.
