Verdensklasse..
Selina La Paz er et Hostel i luxusklassen, alt er lækkert lige fra badeværelser til morgenmaden. Stor anbefaling herfra.

Virkelig meget for pengene.
Selina er et forholdsvis nyt hostel, masser af lækre fællesarealer, med både café og restaurant. Helt klart et af de bedste hostel jeg har været på. Der er tænkt på alt. Privaltlivsforhæng, og plads nok til at sidde oprejst på underkøjen.

The girl at the front desk was dismissive and untrustworthy. She is lack of basic hospitality. I understand it’s a popular hostel, and she is busy but lying or not putting efforts is not a good customer services. I booked a private queen room bed, upon check in, she told me no single queen room is available and insisted on giving me a 4 person dorm room with a queen bed. I told her that is not what I booked. She dismissed me and saying it’s still a queen bed and guaranteed that I will be the only person in that room. I went to the room, I found a couple hair on the sheet, I am not sure that it’s even been cleaned. And No I don’t want the extra beds taken up space in my room when I have no need of it and that’s not what I booked. I went back down, I talked to her again and this time she gave me the room that I supposed to get. This was not the only time that she was not truthful… I realized that she said a certain lie so she doesn’t have to help after a few incidents. Also, dont waste your time and money on the massage service, I booked a deep tissue massage, and the girl was sitting on the chair while doing it (usually the masseurs use their body weight to go deep) asked her multiple time to do it harder, but it was just a waste of time. I was disappointed with this hostel services and would never be back or recommend it to anyone. There are other options.

Amazing hostel!
Wow, this place was amazing! Nice bar by the reception, also serves food. I loved that the beds had curtains so you could have some privacy as well. Staff was really friendly, would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay, especially when I had to spend a lot of my day working remotely! The food at the restaurant was delicious, the room was comfortable, and I loved the souvenirs featuring art by local artists.

I really loved staying here. My room was well designed, and had a nice place to work. The wifi worked great. I loved the cafeteria food and bakery. The area was quiet but right off the main strip. I would say it's a quick walk to the most touristy area, but with the hills nothing is a quick walk. Also it's right next to a badass feminist cafe!

Central, quarto duplo bom
Esta na badalada area de Sopocachi, muito proximo a tudo na regiao central e na propria area há diversos restaurantes proximos. Esta em uma area bem segura. O atendimento é excelente no Selina, assim como no restaurante onde os preços sao justos e comida muito boa. Internet funcionou bem em todas as areas do Selina. Recomendo muito o Selina, tudo muito bom.

Gostei bastante das instalações. Muito aconchegantes, acolhedoras. Só não me adaptei muito bem com a cama. Saí do hostel com uma dor na coluna. A cozinha coletiva é ótima. Falta apenas um micro-ondas.

We stayed at Selina in the middle of the week, so didn't have any issues with the noisy nightclub. Selina's own cafe is definitely overpriced and not worth it, so I'd recommend eating somewhere else. Everything else was great - the location is perfect and our room was very comfy. Perfect value as well

Stayed for two nights and both nights the club had the music so loud our room was vibrating. Staff was complained to multiple times and they did nothing.so if you don’t like sleeping Selina La Paz is the place for you. Would not recommend

Friendly Staff but some Issues with my room
Selina is usually excellent, unfortunately this time I faced some issues: the heater wasn’t working properly, I wasn’t offered another room neither it was fixed. Portable heaters were not available this time. Internet wasn’t working on my room! I’m a digital nomad, and this is very important. Other than that it was confortable and the staff was friendly.

Minha estadia no Selina foi incrível! a cama é muito confortável e o quarto bem espaçoso, fiquei num quarto standard. Além disto tem um bar/restaurante que é possível fazer refeições, a comida é muito boa!!

Selina La Paz could have been a decent budget stay, but the constant raves and music in the hotel basement every night made it impossible to sleep, which is generally the most important factor when considering a hotel.

Stayed a couple nights before going to Uyuni. Quite liked it, on the border of Sopocachi, the trendiest area in La Paz, lots of restaurants. Had a private room, staff are nice enough, restaurant I thought was a little pricy, especially beer, 25 which is like 3.80 US or so. High for a hostel.

Muy buen hotel en relación al precio y calidad.
Muy buena atención, los jóvenes de la recepción siempre dispuestos a ayudarte y darte datos para recorrer La Paz. La habitación y el desayuno estaba bien de acuerdo al precio. La ubicación del hotel muy buena, en un lugar seguro, locomocion a la puerta y a unas cuadras del teleférico.

Zimmer war sauber. Leider war es bis in die Nacht hinein Durch die Bar unten sehr laut. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich hatte nicht sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten und war auf Grund von Renovierungsarbeiten gesperrt.

Your place in La Paz
Feel at home away from home. Hip, central, comfy boutique hostel with lots of activities and add-ons. Staff are lovely and truly service minded, just one episode less so at the cafeteria.

Great hostel vibes with hotel comforts. Allowed us early check in which was awesome. Being in Sopacachi, it is close to a lot of restaurants as well as other places to visit, even one of the telefericos are walkable. The front desk folks are super helpful. They also arrange for a lot of tours if you are interested. The cafe down stairs is very good where not only the hostel folks but even locals hang out.

+Small but nice room +Lovely staff -Location -You have to pay to use a hairdryer.. NEVER had this, even in the cheapest hostels it is for free... Overall: Ok, but there are better options.

Don't bother stay somewhere else. The food here is beyond a joke. They don't have anything in no pizza no hot wings no chocolate croissants. When I eventually ordered a ceasar salad I was giving a bowl of leaves. Pathetic. The full English on the menu comes out with none of the stuff on the menu missing items. We paid on expedia for the included breakfast and we were given the most basic breakfast in the world. You can't choose nothing on the menu. 3 tiny bits of stale bread. Water and a bit of fruit. Not worth the extra money. They should specify on expedia how basic this breakfast is before letting you purchase it. The staff didn't care when I raised my concerns just turned a blind eye. It takes about a decade to be served in the restaurant too. I have stayed in a few selinas and this is by far the worst. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Requested a late check and while the main office (in Brasil) understood and accepted, the front desk clerk was not understanding. My flight arrived at 2am where was I going to go at that time...

Cool but not for business
Nice decoration and friendly staff. But at the end of the day it's still a youth hostel, not recommended for a business trip: 1. Street noise AND from the club they have in the basement (why???) working on Fri and Sat, you can here the music on the 6th floor (so I can't imagine the others) 2. Staff is super friendly but unprofessional (they are many but very slow, they forget stuff and are not good at solving problems) 3. Kitchen service is extremely slow, average waiting time for the standard breakfast 30 min
