Disappointed
The room doesn’t smell fresh. I got checked into a room that the shower has no water. Changed to a new room after unpacking and packed…then the mattress doesn’t feel flat.

The hotel was quite good but the road going to the hotel was not. This is due to a lot of construction going around the hotel. Quite a number of pot hole on the road. Otherwise, the hotel per se is quite good

The staff at reception and cafe were very friendly and helpful, great choice of breakfast menu and rooms were clean and well maintained. Reception area is well designed for guests waiting for pickup including a private bar area for meetings with clients or old friends. Definitely on my list for next time.

The bathroom door is installed in such a way that only a small opening is allowed for guests to go in. A big-sized guest may not fit in. Security guard was being strict for parking outside for a few minutes when I wanted to help my aunt check in, which was annoying.

Normal with no expectation. Soundproofing is poor - one can be easily overheard while talking in corridor. Room for improvement - WIFI, Breakfast and toiletries.

Don't like the Transparent Toilet Glass Door
MY POINT : Actually the room is very clean, the design is modern, the furniture is nice and beautiful, the bed is soo comfort, but i personally don't like the 'open style bathroom'. What i mean is : 1. The sink in in the room (no permanent barrier). 2. The toilet and the shower area is divided with a wall, both with transparent glass door. The occupant can see the silhoutte when somebody using the toilet / shower. To prevent this, I have to off the lights whenever i wan t to use the toilet/shower. 3. There is a gap between the glass door and the wall/ceiling, so, the toilet smell can be sniffed in the room 4.There is no floor drop in the toilet area (the toilet floor level is same with room floor level), so, the occupant must make sure to not wet the toilet floor, if not, the water will flooded to the room floor. 5. The water pressure in the toilet is slow PLEASE UPGRADE : 1. Make floor drop /divider to prevent water from toilet go inside the room. 2. Don't divide the shower/toilet. 3. Please make the door not transparent. COMPLIMENT : The staff is very good. I forgot to take back my room deposit and the staff rush to find me at the parking area to give me the money. Tq.

Budget hotel with budget service
Not so good (stayed 4 night due to work), 1st day check in, room floor dusty, forgot to provide bath towel. Staffs lack friendliness. 2nd day evening went to cafe order tuna sandwich, it came grilled chicken sandwich. 3rd day evening came back, my room card expired, can’t use and need to renew another one. Bathroom supposed to have 1 bottle shampoo & 1 bottle shower cream, but they replaced shower cream with shampoo. I requested to change bedsheet, but didn’t. Surrounding are construction site, not convenient to walk out. Shophouses are about 600m away.

4 days in Ibis Styles.
Very nice hotel with excellent Staff, very polite and charming. Good value for money and close to Industrial Areas. In particular we were very well looked after by Femi in both bar and restaurants and he made our stay a pleasure.

I like this hotel
Overall, the whole experience is pleasant, especially the room, it is very comfortable, quiet yet practical. The staff is helpful enough and polite. The only thing concerns me is the breakfast, the food is really bad. And there are no transportation at all except grab car, So if you are tourist, better pick other location.

The hotel staff give a suite due to my booking twin bed room is full for other customer.The room is quite big with living and bed rooms. Long sofa able to sleep one person.

Very basic hotel. Open concept toilet which is not my liking. Not easy to find the hotel as the entrance from highway to the hotel is blocked. Have to enter from Jalan Cempaka SD12/5.

The make-up service was very slow. They took more than an hour to clean up my room, while I was at the lobby waiting for them to clean. On my 2nd last day, they didn't even bother to clean up the room, only changed the towels and make the bed. The used hand towel was still there and not replayed The toilet don't have ventilation, causing it to smell badly when I first use the toilet. The 4 days of breakfast were 90% similar. Therefore u can only stay maximum 2 days, because u will have the same breakfast everyday.
