We understand that the parking fees may have been unexpected, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. The parking fee is determined by the third-party parking company, and we have no direct control over the pricing set, yet we will reflect your comment to the parking company, and we believe that the price setting would remain competitive and align with the prevailing rates in the area. As for the toothbrushes and bottled water, we've had to make some adjustments in response to new regulations from the local government. These regulations are aimed at reducing the use of disposable plastic products, and all hotels in Hong Kong are required to comply. This means we are no longer able to provide these items in the rooms. However, we've taken steps to ensure your comfort and convenience. We've installed a drinking water dispenser on each guest floor, and toothbrushes are now available at a vending machine in the second lobby of the hotel. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in reducing plastic waste and contributing to a more sustainable environment.
