Super godt
Super god sted, med en rigtig god service, samt smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Ligger centralt og godt i Lamai, og lige ned til stranden. Poolområdet og hotellets restaurant var rigtig godt.

Nice place a the beach.
Very central in Lamai, and just at the beach. In general very nice staff. Good pool and sun-beds. The room was maybe the least interesting among all rooms. Room beside that need some "refreshment", and the resort have to step up on "basics" (e.g. that everything works in the room, a lot of missing/broken stuff). Beside that, a very nice place.

Hyggeligt hotel.
Hyggeligt hotel med fin service. Vores værelse vendte ind imod nabo-hotellet hvor en vandpumpe kørte næsten konstant og gav en del larm på terrassen :-(

Rigtigt godt hotel
Samlet set et rigtigt godt hotel til prisen. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Fantastisk beliggende ved stranden og tæt på centrum af byen. Fin morgenmad buffet. Jeg booker gerne dette hotel igen.

Super hotel personale meget hjælpsomme hjælp os med at ændrer flybilletter billige transport. Var her i april der var næsten ingen mennesker så det blev lidt kedeligt efter nogle dage

Hotel med høj standard
Lækkert hotel med super serviceminded og venligt personale. Tæt på Lamai by med restauranter, markeder og muligheder diverse aktiviteter. Ligger desuden ned til semi-privat strand, hvilket gør det nemt (og gratis) at få en solseng+parasol. Klart et sted jeg vil anbefale og sikkert selv komme tilbage til.

Godt hotel at slappe af på
Vi havde 20 overnatninger på Thai house beach resort, og vi kunne lige fra ankomsten godt lide at være der. Et hjælpsomt og meget opmærksomt personale, der havde et godt arbejdsmiljø og blev behandlet godt !? Det virkede i hvert fald på os som om stemningen var rigtig god . Morgenmaden var et kapitel for sig selv . Eggwoman , som jeg kaldte hende kunne i den grad multitaske og var lynhurtig og vidste altid hvem der havde bestilt hvad ! Restauranten var sjældent meget besøgt om aftenen og det hænger nok sammen med at få minutters gang derfra var priserne meget lavere . Vi spiste adskillige gange hos dem og det var altså rigtig god mad vi fik hver eneste gang . Det er synd at restauranten ikke er mere besøgt , men hvis de satte priserne ned..... Værelset var absolut ikke luksus men der var hvad der skulle være og alt fungerede . Min kone synes sengen var for hård , men jeg havde det glimrende med den . Et rigtigt godt hotel som vi gerne vil vende tilbage til !!!

God morgenbuffet, fine priser på mad og drikke og sødt personale. Værelset var fint. Lamai beach er efter min mening lidt kedeligt, men hotellet er fint for prisen.

Dejligt resort centralt i Lamai og på stranden
Jeg kan kun anbefale Thai House Beach Resort. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, servicen intop. Hotellet er ikke prangende, men til gengæld roligt, rent og med fantastisk beliggenhed med strand, strandstole og hav som udsigt ved morgenbuffetten. Hotellet egner sig ikke til folk, der vil feste i Lamai, men til par, familier og gæster, der vil være tæt på stranden, god service, lækre værelser, og dejligt pool område. God sammenhæng mellem pris og standard.

I love this place. It’s very clean, bed is comfortable, staffs are friendly. Stayed here with a toddler, the hotel is family friendly. Short walking distance to Lamai street market is a plus. We stayed for 5 nights, and can easily stayed for 3 weeks. I will definitely return to this hotel. I usually get bad allergy from mold or dampness, and I never took my allergy medicine while staying at this hotel, because the room was spotless clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und jeden Tag gab es ausreichend frisches Obst. Da wir bereits das zweite mal hier waren, hatten wir eine Thai House Villa gebucht. Das Zimmer war leider etwas kleiner als erwartet und es gab nur einen kleinen Kasten und kaum Ablagen. Die Fliesen im Bad waren noch vom Vorgänger schmutzig. Bei jedem Regen kam Wasser durch den Boden in unser Badezimmer. Die Haustechniker waren bemüht das Problem zu lösen was aber leider nicht gelang. Es wurde uns keinerlei Entschädigung angeboten. Die Liegen am Pool waren trotz Reservierungsverbot täglich reserviert. Im Pool war des öfteren ein Ölfilm an der Wasseroberfläche und man musste darauf hinweisen das es wieder zu reinigen ist. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf keinen Fall.

Leuk gebouw rondom mooie binnentuin.Restaurant aan het strand met goed ontbijt.Zwembad met ligstoelen.Tevens ligstoelen op het strand.Rustig gelegen maar ook dichtbij levendige Lamai beach road.Hier volop winkeltjes en restaurants.

An absolute stunner hotel in a fun neighborhood with lots of fantastic, walkable food options. This place is worth it for the amazing balcony, and the beach views out of the ocean (especially at sunset) are incredible. We loved it.

My husband and I stayed in a garden villa suite for 14 nights and absolutely loved our stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and overall our room was spacious enough. The location is superb. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, massage. The pool and beach were relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was generally tasty and had enough variety. Overall an excellent place to stay!

The property is very well located. We mostly enjoyed our stay there but rated it only 3 stars because our room was very much in need of a refurb. Also the house keeping was very poor. Bathroom rarely cleaned and often didn't leave water, toilet paper and new towels. The sink was terribly pitted and stained black, we bought some cleaning stuff but was beyond help. On the plus side, although small, the pool area was nice and right on the beach. The breakfast was good, and the staff at the restaurant nice and helpful.

Pool was excellent. Right on the beach and great restaurant with happy hour. Staff was very polite and helpful. Massage ladies were wonderful. Room was a villa with balcony on 2nd floor, very private. Close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Easy for tours pick up at lobby. Great relaxing time. Recommended and worth the price, not far from the airport.

On the beach.
Perfect location on the beach. You can watch the waves and feel the breeze while enjoying breakfast in the restaurant. The hotel is a little dated and could use some new beach chairs. Considering the location you get very very good value overall. Will come back if in Samui again.

Excellent stay
Easy check-in, Staff all very courteous and professional. Although the pool was out of use for the majority of our stay a nearby alternative was offered till problem was rectified. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Séjour à Lamai
Situé à Lamai en bord de mer, le Thai House est hôtel à taille humaine d'un bon rapport qualité prix. La rue commerçante avec ses bars, ses restaurants, ses boutiques et ses salons de massage est juste derrière et on n'entend aucun bruit, c'est même plutôt calme malgré une petite vie nocturne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles avec une décoration un peu surannée qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au vue des standards actuels; literie king size de bonne qualité. Le plus est le restaurant où se prend le petit-déjeuner qui se trouve en bord de mer et qui offre un beau panorama sur Lamai Beach avec sur le côté la piscine qui malgré sa petite taille est suffisante au regard de la structure de l'hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant et avenant (toujours avec le sourire). Un petit bémol avec le prix des cocktails qui sont presque au double du prix de ceux pratiqués dans les bars de la ville ou ailleurs sur la plage. Sinon c'est une bonne adresse.

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Die Straße mit Restaurants und Shops erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten. Anlage sehr nett konzipiert. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Pool nicht in Betrieb, was aber nur eine temporäre Einschränkung ist.

We have just returned from our stay. It was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The amenities worked very well for us. The convenience of having our room in a straight shoot to the pool then beach was amazing! I had read some disappointing reviews before we arrived and was a bit nervous however I can speak to the kind natured very helpful staff who helped book and plan all our day trips and activities upon arrival as well as the beautiful location. There are some hotels on here that we almost booked. Thank heavens we didn't. Some we walked by on our trip and they are very poor. Bad location and unkept amenities. Advice for other travelers be sure and look at the location on google maps. One hotel was stunning however you had to cross the main road any time you wanted to get to the pool and beach facilities! Not with this place. You are right on the beach! We literally drank Mai Thai's and lay on the beach it was GLORIOUS! Thank you to the beautiful staff. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

This is a nice affordable hotel set in lush grounds and with access straight onto the beach. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a decent size and I appreciated having a balcony.

Helaas achteruit gegaan
Aantal jaren geweest en nu na covid weer. Het heeft zijn sporen achtergelaten. Wij vonden het achteruit gegaan. Rioollucht op de kamer daarna lekkende wc 2 x. Wel andere kamer gekregen maar daar weer hard bed maar verder oke. Beetje gedateerd inmiddels. Zwembad overloop was her en der kapot, gevaarlijk voor kinderen. Werd nu deels gerepareerd. Zat echt groene rand in peuterbadje, werd nu schoongemaakt. Wij waren altijd dol op het hotel maar viel nu tegen helaas. Ik denkbdat ze een flinke klap hebben gehad door covid.
