Dette hotel levede ikke op til 4 stjerner. Vores værelse lugtede af mug og efter en overnatning var vores tøj helt klam og lugtede. Vi havde kun 1 overnatning. Personalet var rigtig søde og servicen var god.

Super godt hotel!
Dette er et super godt hotel, og vær ikke bekymret over, at det ligger uden for den centrale del af byen. Der er hele dagen gratis shuttlebus hver halve time både frem og tilbage fra centrum. Hotellet er super lækkert, og de er gode til at skabe en god stemning.

Flot hotel som skuffer på værelset
Flot sted, pool og område men vores værelse lugtede så meget af mug. Gulvet var ved af rejse sig og man kunne se der var malet over mug i loftet. Der ud over var personalet ikke særligt i mødekommende.

Fantastisk lækkert hotel
Super lækkert hotel - gennemført standard og roligt renligt over det hele. Personale var så venlige. Eneste minus var alle leguaner ved poolen. De burde fjerne nogle af dem.

The only good thing about this “resort” is the pool. The pool is very nice and plenty of seating and cabanas to lounge in. The rest of the property is a dump! The bar area is inadequate and the dining area with a “food truck”, back in the day we called them “Roach Coaches” on the construction sites is very poor and the food is better at McDonald’s. The room we stayed in smelled, which we finally figured out came from the bathroom. Whether it was the water drains or the toilet, who knows??? Whenever we were in the room we kept bathroom door closed with the fan on to elevate the smell. We had to ask to have the room cleaned, towels changed etc… something we shouldn’t had to ask for. I think the overall experience in the keys would have been far better at another resort. Our first time in the keys and we will know better next time. I would not recommend this place, especially for the price and the added “Resort Charge”.

Key West's best pool. Property is in New Town area, away from the hustle bustle of Duval and the Old Town properties (which i absolutely love, as well). Property does have a shuttle that will take you to the fun if you so desire. In my opinion, it's a bit much to ride a scooter or bicycle from the hotel to the Duval Street activities due to Route 1 being so busy (not safe, IMO). The food truck is good, but the options are limited. However, there's a ton of good dining within minutes. I travel to Key West twice a year, typically. Havana Cabana is my new favorite place to stay. Can't wait until October when they make the switch to adults only.

Pool is great! Poolside rooms are on the smaller side but not terrible. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Key West with an excellent shuttle service to the downtown area.

the hotel is amazing and we were so don't care that it is far away from historical part because you have fast and convenient shuttle bus! Food was amazing, nice rooms, lobby is so beautiful. But!! So many caterpillars around the property I've never seen! Around the pool , in and outside the pool bathroom, on the patio. Bbbbrrrr this is not for everyone. I do understand that they will become butterflies but how you can move them away from guest area?

Havana Cabana is currently NOT all adult. So if you’re looking for something for the summer without kids, look somewhere else. The property is old but they do strive to keep it clean. The rooms are old and a bit musty, but ok. The staff is lovely, front desk staff is great and very helpful. Food and drinks at the pool bar are expensive as is everything in Key West. Resort fee is also quite high for basically a pool. Shuttle service is a plus, but drops off quite a ways from Mallory Square so keep that in mind. Only one location too. Drivers are nice and were accommodating for us on a couple occasions. All in all it was a nice stay. I won’t be going back, there are a lot of places to explore.

Property adverse as “adults only” however it had over 50 children running around, dirty pool and pool area, dirty rooms, very outdated hotel, don’t waist your money there. Far from everything fun. No beach area, located on a very busy road.

The bed was comfy, it was great to have full sized bed pillows, unlike a lot of other hotels.Large, thick bath towels. Included shuttle service to downtown, it was great to park our car and not get back in it until the day we left. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Truly amazing staff and property! It’s super clean , people are friendly and the pool is amazing. The staff were so accommodating. I’d recommend everyone to stay here. Hotels property was beautiful. Food truck and bar were delicious. Room was Nice. Balcony had beautifulview of water across the street. Bathroom plumbing was atrocious. Tiolet hard to flush. Shower difficult to operate. No handrail or grab bar in tub/shower. No hair blower in room. Had to request several times.

Overall the property and staff were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the continued humidity in the room that kept most surfaces damp as well as not helping the condition of room floor. Even with that one negative i would definitely recommend the hotel to others and plan to return next year!

Very cozy and beautiful boutique hotel, very nice pool area. Rooms little outdated and small.

Our first room had obvious water damage (the floor was peeling up and it had a very musty smell). Unfortunately we got in after the manager left for the day, so it had to wait until the following morning to get resolved. The manager moved us to another room the next day, but we shouldnt have had to wait.
