Dejligt sted at holde ferie
Flot hotel. Sødt personale. Masser af hygge og aktiviteter. Dejligt der er plads til kattene som kommer og går blandt gæsterne og bliver behandlet ordentlig-stor glæde for vores børn. Gode senge!

Skønt hotel beliggende tæt på både hav og bjerge.
Blev modtaget i receptionen kl. 2 nat, af søde, smilende og hjælpsomme receptionister.CA 15 min efter ankomst sov vi- og det lige til kl. 8. Ved 9 tiden gik vi i spisesalen, og her blev fødderne blæst væk under os, for der var stort set alt, man kunne ønske sig og tjenere og kokke til hjælp, med at øse op og tillave forskellige som omelet, spejlæg m m.

Ok resort hotel i dejligt område
Dette hotel er mest besøgt af tyskere og russere, det giver sig udtryk i meget kedelig mad .. meget lidt krydderet ! Ellers et pænt hotel med mange aktiviteter, skøn men stenet strand.Masser af shopping i gåafstand fra hotellet. I sommerperioden er der helt sikkert masser af fest og farver. Men vi var der i vinter sæsonen, så det var ældre mennesker, der nød varmen og hotellet gode spa behandlinger. Det kan anbefales

Uhøflig receptions personale..
Hotel og faciliteterne er super, men Reception og service ved reception høre ikke til 5 stjerner. De ville have at vi skulle betale 510 EUR ekstra for vores 15-årlige datter fordi hun er ikke et barn, så vi skulle stå og bevise, fra DK da vi bestilte rejse så er barn op til 17 år. De undersøgte og vende tilbage med ok alt er i orden, uden en gang undskyldning for at blive holdt i uvished 2 dage. Alle andre personale er virkelig glade og høflig, rengørings folk er super gode. God mad og beligenhed af hotellet er også i toppen.

Our stay was lovely, staff was nice all around other than one member of staff who had a bit of an attitude which as a VIP member did not appreciate. Food was nice but needs to change and have more variety Entertainment bit boring but last night we were there was good with the dancers Location is great with local shops & restaurants Spa facilities were great having had a Hammam Coffee scrub mixed massage which included full body reflexology and hot stone massage with a face masque Shisha was available which we did a couple of times We did a boat trip and quad biking arranged by a local company referred by the hotel We met a hotel rep who came to talk to us on our last day and we said it would have been nice to have had him there at the begining of our trip so we had an idea of what we could do. Overall the trip was a nice memorable one however with some improvements it will be awesome being there. 8 out of 10

Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!

Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a two room suite It was quite comfortable. It over looked the pool and outdoor stage area. The cleaning crews were exceptional. The all-inclusive food/drink was more than enough variety and interest. We loved being able to grab and go from the pool area or the beach when appropriate. You have to cross a street to get to the beach, so no true beachfront view from the hotel, but it is a private beach area with lots of amenities once you get there. The lounge areas, inside and out, where you can grab a coffee or a drink and just hang out, were delightful. The spa seemed great, even though we only used it for beach towels, other people seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the onsite doctor for some small injury assistance and he was quite quick and helpful. The guests were from all over the world and we enjoyed getting to meet friendly people and learn their stories. The hotel is gated and there is a person on duty at the driveway entrance. The street it was on, is a bit remote, but we had no safety issues. My only thoughts on improvement would be the loud music past 11pm (from the disco maybe - not sure)? Also the Guest Relations person I spoke to only knew about the hotel offerings and literally told me she didn't live around the area so she couldn't tell me anything about what I could find in town. I thought that was a bit odd. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is the worst so called 5 stars Hotel I stayed in. The reception staff and management were useless and hopeless. I had to sleep on the FLOOR for six nights because the mattress was very old, uncomfortable, sinking springs. I reported it to the management and they promised to change the mattress. All they did was to turn the mattress upside down, ending in a worse situation and resulting in back problems. After several complaints with the manager called Leila and even others, they suggested to change the room. Nothing happened at all. In addition, it was stated in the offer by Expedia to be given a bottle of wine on three occasions I raised the matter which was ignored completely. It seems they don’t value and appreciate Expedia’s Gold members. I hope the matter would be thoroughly investigated with the management of this hotel.

Good afternoon , First of all thank you for writing your honest review about the experience in our hotel and we would like to say that we truly are upset to hear your holiday was not up to your expectations.We want you to know we did everything we could to solve your bed problems. When you complained about the bed for the first time, yes, we did turn the mattress upside down and see if it would work for you. You were unsatisfied with the result of that so our HK team tried to soften the bed with blankets so that you wouldn’t sleep on the floor, this was our temporary solution until we purchased and supplied a new mattress for you. Once we changed your old bed with a brand new one, you were still unsatisfied with it to the point of claiming that our staff was lying to you about changing the bed mattress. When in fact, the mattress was just newly bought only for you. When it comes to the issue of room changing, you refused the offer to change the rooms. That is why nothing happened. We do everything in our hands to make our dear guests’ holiday an amazing, unforgetable one and create loving memories with all of them. Kind regards,

Grote mooie hotel en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie legging. Spa was heerlijk.een nadeel veel te dure spa paket wat niet voldeed door een niet werkende jaccuzie.wel 250 euro betaald wat gelijk stond aan 3 dagen verblijf in het hotel.

Отель оправдал ожидания, очень чистый, все отлично организовано, основное питание представлено турецкой кухней, каждый вечер дискотеки,Собственный галечный пляж вблизи отеля с пирсом и прекрасным видом на горы. Отель расположен В самом центре Кемера, есть где погулять и рядом рынок. Хороший спа центр и бассейн с горками. Для стандартного турецкого отдыха с друзьями - идеально!

Einen großen Dank an das gesamte Personal . Besonders Mahmut, Hüseyin und Islam kümmern sich tagtäglich mit sehr viel Energie um die Gäste. Ich muss zugeben , dass das Personal 1A waren und die großen Mängel des mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommenen Hotels kaschieren. Tolle Mitarbeiter nochmals herzlichen Dank an Alle! Der Spa Bereich geführt von Serdar ist auch sehr sehr gut! Begonnen hatte ich mit einer Massage am Ende waren es drei Massagen, weil die Masseure mich sehr überzeugt hatten. Nochmals auch einen herzlichen Dank an Serdar und seinem Team ! 💪 Hut ab und weiter so. Schlussendlich kann ich sagen: Wenn Kemer dann Crystal De Luxe

Excellent but the reception guy was horrible
The stay was good, the hotel is clean and all the stuff there was helpful except the reception guy his name is " Halit " he was terrible and his way in talking was too bad to complete the reservation and we were coming from a long airplane trip but he wasn't helpful at all. But the the hotel was good, there was a variety every day at the food.

Hotel is zeer schoon. Alles wordt direct schoongemaakt en desinfecteerd. Eten is goed. De hele dag is er eten. Ook s’nachts is er een snackrestaurant aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk en handeld snel. Deze hotel kan ik aanbevelen. Goed prijs kwaliteits verhouding.

L'hôtel est bien situé. La plage est trop petite et il n'y a qu'une piscine qui se rempli très vite lorsqu'il y a bcp de monde. Pour la plage, il faut traverser une rue et marcher qq minutes pas idéal quand on a des enfants. Le buffet, comparé à d autres hôtel, j ai vu mieux. Les salades, desserts sont bons et variés mais les plats chauds pas top.

The best Hotel i've ever been. Price x what you get for it ate amazing. Food was tasty and various, cocktails, food outside near the swimming pool, and on the beach. Swimming pools inside and outside, spa complex, sauna. Really close to the beach, and the sea is the cleanest and nicest and warmest I've been to (beginning if September). Highly recommend.

This Resort is NOT 5 star, at best 3.5. Feels like a Retirement Home, Definitely Not for a young couple. Out of 4 restaurants only one is working, Only Local alcohol, I tried to buy Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac, They don't have it. I booked there best room with Jacuzzi on the terrace, then was waiting all Day for them to clean that Jacuzzi, it was very dirty when we checked in. My reservation was for 5 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and booked different hotel. This place is very outdated, No Entreatment at all.

Therefore, we would like to answer some points you have raised: Besides of that we want kindly remind you there are all certificates confirming that the Hotel is 5 stars. Our winter consept have all our partner . Winter season our A la Carte work , but extra charge 10 euro per pearson. Remy Martin or Hennessy Cognac,is never be free at the hotel. Summer time you can find import alkol free of charge like ballantines, read label , cin, vodka vs, buy winter concept very different.Also i want remember to you that hotel dont have option to choose Guest age, religion or nationality. Evening time , when you neaded our houskeeping clean once again jakuzzi in the terace. We are really upsed to know you live negatif moments with us. Hard to fault very much, but they handn't quite got the BBQ arrangements right with smoke in both the inside & outside dining areas. Otherwise excellent !!!

çok vasat bir otel
Fiyatına göre çok vasat bir otel. Odalar eski., açık alanları az. Sahili halk plajı kıvamında . Araçları otoparka bile alamadılar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve iyi ama yeterli değil. O bölgeye tekrar gidebilirim. ama o otele kesinlikle bir daha gitmem. Nasıl puanı bu kadar yüksek burada onu da hiç anlamadım

Yemekler kötü, yiyecek bir şey bulmakta zorlandık, meyve suyu yok olan da toz sulandırılmış meyve suyu, her şey dahil ama taze sıkılmış portakal suyu ücrete tabi.. Memnuniyet anketi yaptırıyor sonra diyorum bu konularda memnun kalmadım orta seviyede puan veriyorum. ama çok düşük bu puan illa iyi diyeceksiniz otele.anketi değiştirtiyor. Koridorlar rutubet-nem kokuyor

GREAT, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS TO CONSIDER
All in all, it was a very good experience. Comfortable beds, nice showers, excellent food, and good service. The only things I didn't like: the A/C was very weak. It wasn't that big of a deal due to very pleasant weather in May, however, out could be a real problem in hot summer months. The other thing is that there is very loud entertainment right into the very early morning hours, this does make getting a good night sleep would a challenge. I will still recommend this place, but thought you should know...

ödediğiniz ücretin karşılığı asla değil...3 yıldız otellerden ne oda standartları ne de banyoda sunulan kişisel ürünler anlamında hiçbir farkı yok.herşey dahil konsepti gereği sanırım kahvaltıda sunulan peynir türlerinin hiçbirisini tüketemedik...herşey var ama hiçbirşey yok gibi.onca yolun üstüne girişte 10 dk arkadaşın rez bilgilerne ulaşmasını bekledik...

Restaurant büfelerimizde birbirinden değerli aşçılarımızın sergilediği menüler yer almaktadır.her damak tadına hitap eden sunumlar yapılmaktadır. Oda içerisinde misafir memnuniyetini en üst seviyede tutmak adına buklet malzemelerimizi(kişisel Kullanım Ürünlerini) özenle belirledik. Es war gesamt betrachtet gut, jedoch war der Spa-Bereich etwas vernachlässigt. Das Hamam, das Dampf-Bad und der Pool waren schlecht geheizt bzw. das Wasser kalt. Ferner waren die "Massage-Drücker" recht aufdringlich. Mann wurde ständig mit Thai-Massagen zum "Sonderpreis" behelligt.
