Dejligt hotel
Dejligt hotel med hyggeligt pool område og gode træningsfaciliteter. Personalet var søde og meget hjælpsomme. Rengøringen på værelset var ikke i top. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker.

Lovely clean hotel. Nice with the rooftop pool that had amazing views over the city. Amazing breakfast buffet with great variety and several live cooking stations.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter Jakarta, il faut utiliser les taxis qui desservent l'établissement. Le personnel est toujours au petit soin pour vous, quelle que soit l'heure et la demande. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est gargantuesque et le chef est excellent dans sa cuisine. Je recommande cet hôtel !!

ホテルのスタッフに親切に対応をして頂きました。レストランのVIBAさんや男性のマネージャさんには感謝しております。又、フロントのコンシェルジュのMUSAにはゴルフ場の手配やタクシーの事で親身になり対応をして頂きました。有難う御座いました。ただ残念で有ったのは部屋掃除の備品でバスマットやハンドタオルなどが無かったしたことが6日間の中で2回ほど有りました。次回も利用したいと思っていますから改善をお願い致します。有難うございました。

The hotel is nice and in good condition. It is modern, and rooms are very spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool is nice too. The only downside would be the location right next to a very busy and hectic avenue, which makes transport a bit complicated, and walking around is somewhat difficult. Otherwise, it’s not far from the main attractions (the old town square and the National Monument), and it’s relatively convenient to reach from the airport. I recommend it for a short stay.

Excellent Staff go above and beyond
Everything was amazing from Check in to check out. Warm attentive staff , hotel clean and modern with fast WiFi. Excellent breakfast and food. The only slight issue was the outside location ( not the hotels fault ) but it’s not the best location in Jakarta as there is loads of construction and no sidewalk. However you do have airport style security when you enter the hotel

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. Thank you to Ardita for those excellent ice Cafe lattes (yes, real coffee with breakfast not instant powder). Oh and the breakfast is worth the price. It has limited western food (husband found it tough going because he's picky) but the Chinese and indonesian food was different every day and it was a GREAT chance to try unique food that I may not have ordered on my own. Spotless sheets and towels, extremely comfortable bed with both firm and soft pillows, big room with a couch and an ergonomic desk chair in case you have to work, bathrobes and slippers, a 'shadafa' and a SILENT night's sleep. I'm an extremely light sleeper and I never heard one motorcycle motor or guest's suitcase. It's also a two minute walk to the 1 bus line which takes you quickly to the Kota train station and the heart of old town, and a 3 minute walk to Chinatown. If you're like me and anguish over every hotel choice in a new travel destination, stop searching and book here. You won't regret it.

I stayed from Friday to Wednesday, and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. The reason my trip was so enjoyable was because of the exceptional hotel staff. Each of them was kind and radiated positive energy. On the day before my birthday, my client sent me a cake, and I asked the hotel for assistance in refrigerating it. Not only did they remember my birthday and congratulate me as soon as I entered the lobby on my birthday, but they also surprised me by sending a delicious cake with a personalized birthday message to my room. Thank you, Taufan, and everyone else involved. P.S. The breakfast and swimming pool were also fantastic!

One of the best in Gajah Mada
Check in was a breeze, the staff made it such a welcoming and cozy environment. No request is too large or too little for them to handle and would definitely come again for the experience.

広々とした部屋で快適に過ごせました。 朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかったです。 6:30頃は空いていて快適ですが、8:00頃に行くと混雑極まり席もありませんでした。 トランスジャカルタの駅もほど近くアクセスは良いです。 近くに飲食店が、もう少しあるとよいですが、牛角、38ラーメンは隣にあり日本食には困りません。 廊下側の壁が薄いのか、廊下の会話が丸聞こえで煩かったです。 また、シャワールームがドブ臭いのが、気になりました。

ホテル自体の問題ではないが、ホテルにフリーで乗り入れているタクシーに早朝乗ったところ、メーターを使わず１.5倍程度の料金を請求された。 乗って直ぐメーターを使うよう指示したが、英語が分からないふりをしていた。なお料金の請求時は英語を話した。

Breakfast is very good. Staff excellent. The room is good but housekeeping could be better - kettle broken, dressing gown smelly. Location is a main problem - the traffic jam of the road in front of the hotel means getting to central Jakarta takes very long. There are a few restaurants in the small mall behind the hotel but that’s about it. There are street side stalls nearby and some fast food places in Glodok China town but they don’t really worth trying.
