The room was clean and nice. It had everything we could want. The only issue we had was our room was not ready when arrived. Check in was 3:00 and we arrived a little after 4:00. There were four other families/guest that tried to check in after us. They were told
It would be 40 minutes to an hour before their rooms would be ready. We were all told that they were running behind. The staff was friendly enough, but kind of had an “it is a what it is” attitude. I know that at least three of the four groups that were waiting were going to the same concert that started at 5:45. There was a younger gentleman that was working the desk that showed empathy and was very nice. We understand that things happen and delays occur, but as business managers ouselves, I would have liked to have seen at the manager on duty to move some of the front desk staff to help prepare the rooms for the guests that were waiting rather than checking in guests that could not go to their rooms.
