There was vomit on multiple floors, toulets and matresses. Used underwear was left strewn around the house. Items were broken. Towels were bleached. There were, in fact, 40 bags of garbage left behind. We had to hire two cleaning crews and a truck to facilitate the cleanup. Derrick is resentful that he had to pay for the damage with his security deposit.
