Mr. Lee, as I told the assistant who made your reservation we were unable to rent to you due to you smoking in our room during your prior stay, 02.01.24 - 02.03.24, and you have been placed on our Do Not Rent list. As stated on the registration card signed at check in this is a non smoking facility and a fee is charged when that rule is violated.

I understand your frustration with no hot water. This is something we were doing our best to get taken care of but were relying on our plumbing company to fix as this was something beyond our control. While this was a disappointing stay for you, I did refund your entire stay, so you were charged nothing.
