Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay.
OUTDOOR
This home offers a newly remodeled large private yard featuring a pool & spa, a five burner BBQ, covered outdoor dining table for six, bocce ball court, ping pong table, cornhole and putting green. There is plenty of shade under the covered patio seating area! Enjoy the sunny days by relaxing poolside on the chaise lounge!

INDOORS
This unit features an open floor plan, when you enter you will find a pool table and shuffleboard, a large couch and 70in smart TV perfect for entertaining family and friends! The formal dining room provides seating for six and an additional table to accommodate six more. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need for great family Dinners! The living room offers a 70in smart TV, comfortable seating and direct access to the pool. Full size washer and dryer are provided along with a two car garage.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a king bed, closet, a 42in smart TV and a main bath with a walk-in shower. The large guest suite offers two queen beds, walk-in closet, a 55in smart TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in double shower/tub. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, closet and 50in smart TV. A full bathroom is located across the hall. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, 50in smart TV, closet and a guest bathroom in the hall.

The minimum age for this property is 25 years. NO SMOKING; NO PARTIES. For Cancelation Policy please refer to the Rental Agreement. Pool heating is not included. Riverside County Permit # RVC-1636
POOL HEAT
Pool heating is an optional amenity and not included in the nightly rental rate. Pool heating may be added during the booking process. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and on size of the pool.

Stagecoach festival getaway!
During our Stagecoach festival getaway, we had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable house, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with spaciousness, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay truly memorable. The size of the house was impressive, providing ample room for our group to relax and unwind after each day of festivities. Not only was it large, but it was also impeccably clean, making us feel instantly at ease upon arrival. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the expansive backyard, perfect for soaking up the California sun or enjoying a barbecue with friends. Speaking of which, the barbecue grill worked like a charm, allowing us to indulge in some delicious outdoor cooking. One of the things we appreciated most was the attention to detail in providing all shower amenities. It's those little touches that make a big difference, especially when you're traveling.And let's not forget about the air conditioning – a lifesaver during the warm days and nights of the festival. It kept the entire house cool and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. Furthermore, the kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, making meal prep and cleanup a breeze. This thoughtful gesture didn't go unnoticed and added to the overall convenience of our stay. In summary, our experience at this house was nothing short of fantastic! Only negative was the kitchen had a few ants around the sink but it was a great stay!

The perfect property for our group!
Our group had such a lovely stay at this property! You can tell they put some thought into the resent renovations. A plus is that every bedroom could have it's own bathroom! The pool & spa were refreshing and the games on the property were a fun edition! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very convenient to what we needed! We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing backyard
We loved this house so much!! It was perfect for our family vacation. The backyard was incredible!! We loved the pool, gazebo, fire pit, putting green, bocce ball court and so many other games!!! The house was also very clean and well stocked.

Great house for a large group
The house was amazing with lots of fun things to do, a well equipped kitchen and very clean. Perfect for eight people, each bedroom with its own bathroom as well as laundry.

Perfect property for large family/group!
Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 small children) LOVED this beautiful property at our recent stay Feb. 2024! There are a lot of fun activities for all ages available which kept everyone happy and busy, day and night. We found the home, pool and yard to be clean and well laid out. The kitchen especially is very well-equipped, incl. basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, some seasonings). Nice appliances, large and small, made meal-prep and cooking easy. The propane BBQ and outdoor fireplace are nice quality. A good supply of cleaning products were well-used to keep things in order. POOL: There are alarms on both sliding doors to the backyard for added child safety. The pool is a good size and we were happy we opted for the additional heating. There is plenty of shaded areas if needed, with multiple sun umbrellas and a large patio overhang, as well as a large pergola. Some items are nearing their end of life (bedroom carpets, couches) but are still in decent condition. The location was not walkable to stores but many are within a very short drive. A car is a must for this location. Ashley B. and her team were quick to respond to our request for additional items. They were friendly and easy to deal with and anticipated vacationers' needs in advance. We highly recommend this home for a large group due to it's lay out, cleanliness, many amenities and fun activities. It would be wonderful to return one day!

A wonderful home 4 couples.
We were a group of 8 friends doing a reunion trip. This house was the best for all of the outdoor activities it provided. It was perfect for lounging, playing bocce, putting contest, pool table and entertaining. We also had 3 other couples in another house, but everyone wanted to be at this location. The outdoors is the star of this home, although the indoors works out very well. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which worked out for the 4 couples. All except one bedroom is comfortable . One room does not have adequate storage ( no dresser) which wasn’t easy for a couple staying a week. That would be the only negative I have, everything else was great. Vey easy to work with the management company too. Highly recommend.

Very functional environment with plenty of activities. Bedroom and bath situation definitely a plus. Living room furniture is somewhat dated and needs upgrading.
