A good staple for airport hotels, with easy access to the surrounding Indy area. Also has good meeting facilities for small events. Food for both breakfast and dinner was good, and the staff is congenial and respectful. As long as you have your own car, this is a great option for staying in Indianapolis. The only thing I could ask for is that my room had very limited drawer/closet space for clothes. One would need to plan ahead for extended stays. Otherwise, lovely place, would return to stay again.

Unclean. My daughter is allergic to dust and got allergies every time she entered the property. The window sills were extremely dirty as were the areas under and behind the bed. Some basic cleaning would be nice.

Stay was good.they don’t allow food delivery up to the rooms so I had to go down to the lobby, but other than that it’s good. Airport is across the road, but planes weren’t bothersome at all.

Room was okay and location was only 15 minutes from downtown. The hotel was alright for the price. The room was hot and never cooled down. We were mislead about breakfast and the staff at the counter was not nice or helpful when I brought it up. He argued and was extremely rude. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk said breakfast would be down stairs. No indication if it was complementary or how much it cost. My husband went down for breakfast and was seated without any information on how much the buffet cost. He said the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs, fruit, and some pastries. Not anything extravagant. He only had a half a plate of food because there wasn’t much. He was then given the bill of $22 dollars!!!! $22 for some fruit and eggs??? You don’t even pay that much at a restaurant for one person a meal. When we checked out I mentioned it. I said I feel like we were mislead and the price of the buffet should have been somewhere before you decide to sit down. I said I would suggest you tell people that from now on. The guy at the desk got extremely rude and argued that we were not mislead because they do not know if we were just getting eggs for $6, a voucher, or the buffet. One, $6 just for eggs?? Two, how were WE supposed to know about any of that?? This is your business. We don’t work here. We walked out. The customer service was ridiculous. At least apologized for us being mislead. I will never stay here again.

I was in Indianapolis for a week working a trade show and ate at many different locations. The service in their bar /dining area was excellent, the food selection was very good and the quality was the best I had all week and at a more reasonable price. This is unusual for a large chain hotel. They are doing a great job

This is a beautiful hotel very convenient to the airport. It’s in an industrial area that you cannot walk anywhere from. There is a restaurant and bar, and you can get food delivered from local restaurants very quickly. There is a small, fully stocked gym and a market with anything you may need. Only complaint was that a very loud building alarm went off both nights around 4/4:30 am. The first went off for a few minutes and we were getting ready to evacuate. Not a soul was in sight or out of their rooms, no staff was visible or reachable at the front desk. Eventually the alarm stopped, and nothing was ever communicated about it. The second night it went off just for a few seconds. We found it strange and worrisome.
