Good hospitality for this price in January 2023. This resort seems more like a resort condo complex, not hotel. But size of rooms are generally small like of good Japanese business hotels. Non-fuse breaker is in the room and once too much stress was on it while using some electric appliances at the same time, the electricity was cut off and the room door, which is electrically controlled, was fully opened and the lights of corridor streamed into the room and spotlighted us on the bed. It was very weird. SPA was good. Food is average.

Lay out of the hotel and beach was amazing! Staff was not so friendly with exception of 5th floor patio staff.

Hote was grate spa is amazing but service and hotel room was provided was not what I booked I paid more and book specifically for queen bed and I received 2 twin what initial price of booking that was cheaper. I went to reception but was going to take too long to change room that we decided not to change anymore cause of the waste of time. Really disappointed and staff not helpful at all

Hotel de bon standing, très récent et très propre. Seul bémol sur la restauration qui est est correcte mais pas du niveau d'un quatre étoiles.

First they forced us to pay Euro 53 additional fee per night since I had a guest knowing that they didn’t upgrade my room and initially I booked a queen bed. Moreover, we checked the prices at the booking time and even on spot when they asked to pay additional fee. Yet, the price per night was the same for 1 or 2 persons. In addition, after 12 o’clock am they have no room service. The bathroom was not clean also they have no iron in the room. We asked for one and they said we don’t have but we can sand ur stuff to the laundry but you shall pay

Excellent location by the sea: large private pool area just on the sea, across the street from the hotel. The hotel is quite far away from the old town and places worth seeing, but it is still 20 - 30 min walk on the promenade. If you don't like to walk, there are lots of taxis available. The room was nice (we had a room with side seaview): new and comfortable. I suggest visiting the roof top restaurant for drinks and enjoying the view of the bay. In my opinion the restaurant selection close to the hotel is not as good as closer to the harbour and old town. Pool, spa and other facilities were available a few hours after the check-out.

I stayed at Palmon Bay for the last two nights of a Road Scholar cruise of the Dalmatian Coast. The hotel is big, with great spa facilities, and right beside the Adriatic, with an outdoor pool as well as the indoor spa. It is well-located for a car or bus trip around the Bay of Kotor, and there is a nice promenade along the sea nearby. The location is not great for visiting Dubrovnik because of the need to go across the border into Croatia (two stops in each direction). The rooms are modern, but lack tea or coffee making capacity. The breakfast room is huge, with a decent though not outstanding food selection. There are lots of good, affordable restaurants nearby. The hotel is frequented by many older tourists from Germany and Norway who come for the spa.
