Hotel grand chambres dernier étage au calme avec bonne literie et salon séparé, climatisation un peu bruyante, beaucoup de choix au buffet, par contre peu de personnel au bar et beaucoup d’attente, de nombreuses animations, boutique mini supermarché sur place, Menage des chambres moyen. Il faut compter 30 mn pour se rendre à Ibiza et 1h pour sant antoni. Bon rapport qualité prix

Der Empfang und die Anreise war freundlich. Wir konnten auch ohne Diskussion das zuerst zugewiesene Zimmer, welches etwas modrig roch, wechseln. Die Speisen beim Mittag- und Nachtessen waren leider durchwegs kalt bis lauwarm und wenig bis gar nicht gewürzt. Die Auswahl war gut und eine Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen der Speisen hatte es auch. Die frisch zubereitete Pizza war gut, obwohl leider auch kalt. Den Wasser-Kaffee aus der Maschine ist nur schlecht geniessbar. Die Poolanlage ist schön und ausgiebig. Nur hat es zu wenig Schattenplätte am und um den Pool. Das frühmorgendliche Besetzen der Liegen war einfach nur lästig! Für Kinder und Jugendliche wird viel geboten. Die Poolanlage ist bis 19.00h offen, die Poolbar jedoch nur bis 18.00h und der Getränkeausschank, welcher an der Zapfstation angeboten werden, wird abgestellt. Keine Ahnung weshalb. Jeder Gast erhält ein Badetuch für den Aufenthalt. Dieses kann jedoch nur einmal am Tag bezogen und erst am nächsten Tag wieder zurückgegeben und ausgetauscht werden. DIes führt zum unschönen Anblick, dass feuchte Tücher in allerelei Farben über die Balkongeländer zum Trocknen gehängt werden. Auch befindet sich die Badetücherausgabe am hintersten Ende der Anlage. Zum kleinen Strand Cala Pada muss man die Anlage und ca. 200m gehen. Die Bucht ist klein und das Wasser sauber. Zwei kleine Strandbars bieten Essen und Trinken an und Liegestühle können gegen eine Gebühr von EUR 7.00 pro Tag gemietet werden. Taxis gibt es wenig in der Umgebung.

Amazing facilities. Shocking evening entertainment
Hotel and facilites are brilliant, everything is in place. Hotel is clean and well maintained, food also lots of options. The entertainment in the evening is shocking, the only good act was the acrobat who amazing on the hoop. The other dancers are boring, It’s like watching your children who’ve made a dance up in the bedroom! It all starts late too. The evenings were disappointing. We went out a few times to escape it! Not entertaining for the adults at all.

The manager Bartosz was so friendly, he is really the best so informative and helpful. Any concerns he is the go to person and will assist and ensure all your needs are met. I would definitely recommend this location.

Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Kamer altijd netjes schoon gemaakt en het park ziet er heel verzorgd uit. Ruim keuze aan eten en duidelijke COVID instructies. Jammer dat er geen parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein zijn en dat het standaard handdoeken leggen is bij het zwembad.

Rapport qualité prix décevant
Chambre très bruyante, beaucoup de passage devant les chambres, nous entendions fortement la chasse de nos voisins nuit et jour ce qui nous réveillait. Insonorisation et intimité faibles. Le service était beaucoup moins bien que les années précédentes. Dommage qu’il ne soit plus possible de manger au resto de la page le midi et que le resto ferme à 21h le soir. Choix limité au resto et respect des mesures sanitaires très aléatoire. Personnel beaucoup moins sympa que les années précédentes. Plus moyen de prendre une douche avant le départ. Personnel pas très accommodant. Très joli parc mais entretien à des heures dérangeantes (ex: tondeuse à 8h du matin le week-end). Pas possible d’avoir des serviettes pour la piscine le dimanche et le mercredi. Par contre, les femmes de chambres faisaient très bien leur travail et avec le sourire. Points positifs: emplacement, club bien entretenu et très fleuri, proximité de la mer. Par contre, dommage que les transats soient payants.

Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu répondre à 100% à vos attentes mais nous souhaitons vous répondre pour clarifier certains points de votre critique. En ce qui concerne l'hôtel, nous tenons à préciser que tous les bâtiments sont construits de la même manière et qu'on ne nous a jamais dit qu'ils manquaient d'intimité, puisque la plupart de nos clients reviennent depuis des décennies parce qu'ils apprécient leurs vacances ici. Nous regrettons que vous ayez été gêné ou que vous soyez particulièrement sensible au bruit, mais vous auriez pu demander à notre réception ou à notre service clientèle de vous changer de chambre et nous aurions peut-être pu améliorer votre situation. Les restaurants à thème doivent être réservés par le biais de notre APP, et tous les clients ont la possibilité de faire une réservation par le biais de notre application, ce que beaucoup de clients ont fait, bien que nous devons vous dire que la capacité de ces restaurants, par la loi, est limitée, pendant les périodes de la pandémie mondiale de COVID19. Nous ne sommes pas du tout d'accord pour dire que notre personnel n'est pas amical, car ce n'est pas vrai. C'est précisément l'amabilité de notre personnel qui a toujours été louée par la majorité de nos clients au fil des ans, et nous vous assurons que nous faisons tous notre possible pour parfaire le service à la clientèle le plus parfait possible, et rendre l'expérience de nos chers clients inoubliable et agréable. En ce qui concerne le commentaire selon lequel il n'est pas possible de prendre une douche avant de partir, nous devons vous dire que ce n'est pas correct, vous comme tous les clients aviez la possibilité de demander la chambre pour partir plus tard avec un supplément monétaire établi, mais peut-être vouliez-vous dire que nous vous donnerions votre chambre pour un temps plus long sans payer pour cela ? En ce qui concerne votre commentaire selon lequel les serviettes ne sont pas disponibles le mercredi et le dimanche parce que la station de serviettes est fermée, nous devons vous dire que ce n'est pas vrai, car les jours où la station de serviettes est fermée, les serviettes sont données et changées à la réception de l'hôtel. En ce qui concerne vos commentaires sur les mesures sanitaires aléatoires, nous devons vous dire qu'absolument 100 % de l'hôtel est équipé de mesures sanitaires imposées par la loi en Espagne, telles que les distances de signalisation, les barrières, les distributeurs de désinfectant, la signalisation des mesures sanitaires, etc. Tout notre personnel est formé à 100%, il est obligatoire de porter un masque à l'intérieur et dans les bars, de même qu'il est obligatoire de porter des gants pour être servi au buffet, nous vous assurons que tout le personnel

Great family holiday with adult children
We just spent a week at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Even before our arrival, the hotel was very good, answering our queries very quickly. One of those queries was about where we could have our Antigen Corona-tests done and we found that the hotel had arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel every morning to do the tests (for a fee, but very convenient) and supply us with the certificates needed for return to the UK. There were lots of things to do in the hotel - crazy golf, archery, aerobics, aquarobics, table tennis without additional charge. There were tennis courts and beach volleyball courts there too. The hotel supplied free towels for the sun loungers and there were always plenty of loungers available. The food was always of the highest standard and there was such a variety of it, that everyone was catered for and you didn't feel like it was repetitive. One evening we booked a table at the hotel's restaurant right on the beach. The tapas meal we had there was excellent and the setting was just beautiful. Even though the beginning of September is not the main holiday season any more, there was evening entertainment with some excellent dance performances. All the staff speak several languages and made all the guests feel very welcome. Our thanks go to all the hotel staff.

La experiencia un poco de Todo, a nivel general le daría un regular y un hotel para cualquier nacionalidad menos la española porque me daba la sensación de estar 3n cualquier lugar menos en España.

Estimado Sergio, en primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecerle que haya elegido nuestro hotel para sus vacaciones y que se haya tomado la molestia de valorarlo . Le agradecemos sus comentariosl, pero lamentamos que no le hayan gustado algunas cosas. Es decir, normalmente tenemos huéspedes de centro Europa y estos son de Alemania, Inglaterra, España, Países bajos, Nórdicos, Benelux, Italia ect…, nuestro Hotel es y ha sido siempre un Hotel con publico internacional y así esta publicado en todos nuestros canales de comunicación online y agencias de Viajes. A pesar de su crítica, esperamos que haya tenido un buen descanso y unas agradables vacaciones con nosotros y estaremos encantados de volver a recibirle y mimarle pronto en uno de los resorts MAGIC LIFE, preferiblemente en "su" MAGIC LIFE Cala Pada. The property was amazing and huge. Had everything you can eat and do on holidays in an all-inclusive package. Facilities were clean and in great condition. Fantastic place for our little son as well. Only minor thing, they do not have an on-site parking which I can imagine during peak season might be difficult to find. Cala Pada beach was not something special but the restaurant on the beach was amazing!

Séjour très agréable. Les repas sont variés et bien préparés. Le personnel est agréable. Les deux restaurants supplémentaires (Favour et Bodega) offrent des menus et des services impeccables et c'est un réel plus. Great first holiday with our 6 month baby
This was our first holiday with our 6 month old baby. The place was very welcoming and relaxed. I hope to come back when my son is older to make use of all of the activities on site. The only slight downside was that I expected on site parking, but it wasn't really an issue as there was street parking for free on the next street a 2 min walk away.

Very welcoming and helpful staff great selection of food in the restaurants the layout of the two story villas in beautiful gardens was so relaxing located so close to the beach and wonderful coastline

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het resort is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De all-inclusive was top! Zelfs een half uur voor het buffet dicht ging werd er nog vers bereid. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader!

( ) Unterkunft liegt zentral, Anlage ist gepflegt, Matratzen waren gut. Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet mit kleiner Kitchenette (Spüle/Kühlschrank/Microwelle):; Bushaltestelle fast direkt gegenüber der Anlage. Man ist schnell in Santa Eulalia Bitte beachten: ist eher ein Familienhotel!!! (-) Die Gastronomie war leider nix. Es ist zwar alles in Buffetform vorhanden, jedoch fehlt so gut wie an jeder Speise Salz bzw Gewürze. Vermute, dass es damit zusammenhängt, dass fast ausschließlich Familien/Großeltern mit 1-3 Kleinkindern pro Familie vor Ort waren. Es gibt einen “Schwimmer” Pool, aber auch da waren ständig Familien mit kleinen Kindern beim schwimmen. Schade, den somit ist es für Reisende ohne Kinder recht unattraktiv. Der Strand ist fussläufig außerhalb der Anlage. Allerdings gibt es schönere Strände in der Umgebung.

Club agréable mais chambre décevante
Club très propre et très agréable, bien situé, personnel souriant et serviable. Petit bémol: nous étions censés être logés dans une chambre de catégorie supérieure et avoir un lit pour bébé mais nous avons eu une chambre très basique (pour 2 personnes alors que nous avions un bébé avec nous) avec vue sur un autre bloc de chambres et nous n’avons pas eu de lit pour bébé malgré confirmation écrite de notre demande. Décevant.

All inclusive was erg goed. Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn vanwege tegels op de vloer. Maar service maakt veel goed bij klachten wordt je goed geholpen.

Weitläufige Anlage, tolle Kinderbetreuung. Tennisplätze, Bogenschießen, Mini Golf etc. für jeden was dabei! Leider werden dort am Pool die Liegen zu früher Stunde schon reserviert

Exceptionnel!!! J’y ai séjourné avec mon fils de 12 ans, nous avons adoré: nourriture variée, chambre très propre, personnel adorable, équipement top (3 piscines, foot, tennis...). Attention village club familial et clientèle anglaise et allemande, mais ce n’etait pas gênant, on a pratiqué notre anglais. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés.
