Overall, a good experience, however, there were a few ups and downs.
Firstly, the food selection for all 3 meals was amazing, best buffet I have had yet so far. Bar service was pretty good as well, loved the edible straws with the cocktails.
A few bad points which let the down the experience, was upon arrival, we were given the wrong room key which led to a lot of back and forth. After getting our right room, which the decorations were pretty awesome, we almost cut our feet open on broken glass on the floor. Raised it with reception but nothing really came of it. They said they would clean it but we already removed the glass from room. We was kind of hoping for like a apology drink on the house or something.
Furthermore, we booked a double room, saw on the website & in person rooms with double beds but we ended up with two twins, singled out. We asked if there was anything they could do about this and the best they could offer was a double sheet to try and hold beds together. As most will know, this doesn't hold the bed together at all.
Admittedly we made a mistake on booking, thought we got full inclusive but booked full board (Full inclusive not even available on their website). We only found out this on arrival which after delayed flights and issues with taxis was the last thing we wanted to hear late at night. It is what it is but to then be followed round during our meals to ensure we only had water was condescending and down right embarrassing.
