However, kindly note that the fact you were charged upon arrival is not related to the hotel, as you made a reservation online, on an online platform. When you contacted our Guest Relation team and the Front Office team, we have investigated your situation and informed you that your reservation came through to us differently to your original confirmation from the online platform. We kindly advised you to reach out to them and their customer service. BLIV VÆK - Kort og godt
Det kan siget meget kort HOLD JER LANGT væk. De billeder I ser på deres side er på INGEN måder virkligheden. De behandler deres gæster som kvæg og i stort set alle spise sitiationer er det helveede på jord der er op i mod 1000 menesker der spiser og det er så meget larm at du bliver MEGA stresset og du skal hele tiden nærvigere i hvor skal du hen og hvor skal du hente hvad.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you.With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. Regarding our buffet restaurant, we would like to inform you that we do indeed have two buffet restaurants in Aquamarine and a third buffet restaurant in Bluemarine in addition to our pool, beach snack bars as well as 6 a la carte restaurants that are operating for dinner. With all food and beverage facilities taken into account, we do have enough space to serve our guests at full capacity. We would like to thank you for your active feedback on the restaurants and we will be forwarding these to the relevant management for their action, especially during peak times in the restaurants, to improve future customers’ experience.We hope to have the pleasure to welcome you back again in the future, so we may provide you with a perfect holiday experience. Dejlig ferie
Super fint hotel - smukke omgivelser og sød betjening. Hotellet ligger lidt langt fra by og shopping muligheder....så det er det eneste negative herfra. Maden var super fin...

Opvartning...
Et super lækkert resort med alt hvad hjertet begærer, og masser af personale der var opmærksomme på os og at gøre det behageligt for os. Januar kan være lidt blæsende men der var masser af varme dage med badning osv. Bananaboat og Ringo (også at blive trukket efter speedbåd) kan anbefales:-) Massagerne (fik 5) var fabelagtige! Maden super, indretning/design/arkitektur gennemført i orden.

Vi havde en skøn ferie - blev dog desværre syge :-( Kun et lille øf: virkelig dårlig wifi og det ville have været skønt med badekar. Alt....jeg mener ALT andet, var virkelig godt ;-)

Udemærket femstjernet hotel, - også lidt kedeligt.
Vi har haft et udemærket ophold på Iberotel Aquamarine. Værelserne i vores fløj var helt nye, lækre, rene og store. Poolområderne var også pæne og flot anlagte. Stranden er fed og dybt smuk med sit azurblå horisontview. Maden i buffetrestauranterne er ok, - hvis man tager det generelle egyptiske køkken i betragtning, - men set med danske øjne, er meget af det ganske smagsløst og fuldstændig uinteressant. A la carte restauranterne er til gengæld helt til grin....Maden er total uautentisk og helt ude i hampen hvad smag angår. Spar hellere pengene og spis fra barbequen foran den store hovedrestaurant. Det holdte hver gang! Men rundt regnet er der altså bare en lidt hul stemning af en hoteludsmykning der er indkøbt i Sydengland, - ringe andenrangsspiritus der diskes over barene overalt på hotellet, - og skodkaffe fra Nesquickmaskiner.....Vi manglede simpelthen en ægte følelse af kvalitet og ånd....Måske også et naivt krav at stille til et resort i Hurgharda...

Okay hotel, was waiting 25 min to check in, very big place, over a 1000 rooms. service was okay nothing special. Was expecting more considering the price paid.

Stort flot hotel - kaos og dårlig service
Hotellet er kæmpe stort med masser af store svømmingpools og flere forskellige restauranter hvor man har mulighed for at spise all incl. Vi har haft en dårlig oplevelse fordi vi skulle bruge en dag ekstra på hotellet, efter at have været der i 13 dage forventede vi kunne få et ekstra dag til en rimelig pris, eller bare tilsvarende til hvad man kan leje det til på nettet. Dette var ikke tilfældet, der var ingen ledige værelse, medmindre vi ville betale 3x vores oprindelig pris pr. dag, selvom vi kunne se der var masser af ledige værelser rundt omkring hotellet. Nå så måtte vi jo bare checke ud. Da vi så skulle checke ud blev vi tvunget til at betale 20 euro i reseptionen for ting taget i minibaren - det ville såmen også være fint nok - problemet ligger bare i at vi overhovedet ikke havde rørt minibaren!! De kunne ikke sige hvad vi havde taget, kun at vi SKULLE betale, på en ubehaglig måde faktisk. Derfor vil vi ikke anbefale dette hotel tiltrods for at selve hotellet ser fantastisk godt ud, men denne service hvor man tager røven på folk er ikke anbefalelsesværdig!

Unfortunately this is part of the natural landscape here and we are unable to change this. Un super établissement avec un personnel très chaleureux et plaisant. Djamel, Ismael et Roman du restaurant de la plage étaient exceptionnels. Hamdy était très aimable lorsqu'il était au restaurant. Un service de chambre de grande qualité par Hamada. Et une équipe d'animation très investie proposant des activités adaptées à tous les âges.

1ère vacances en Égypte. Nous sommes tombé amoureux de l'hôtel. Il est immense d'une part mais surtout l'attention du personnel la propreté... Chambre belle et spacieuse. Piscine propre restaurant propre Nous avons été accueilli par Amel la seule qui parle français dans l'hôtel mais même avec un anglais approximative le personnel est très aimable et patient. Petit clin d'œil à khaled aussi petit jeune qui nettoyait la chambre tout les jours. Franchement rien à dire il y a de quoi s'amuser et passer du bon temps dans cette hotel. Nous avons eu 2 bémols le prix du spa exorbitants et la réservation des restaurant à la carte qui n'était pas facile,nous avons pu que réserver 1seul restaurant. Mais ça n'a biensur pas impacté notre séjour. Rien de négatif dans cette hôtel on a tout adoré et nous le recommandons vivement à notre entourage.

It was a good trip and the hotel is good. The property is a bit tired in places and the food could be a bit hit and miss. The pools were great and the slides a hit. Spa also good. The gym was very sad and needs to be updated and the WiFi is poor. The guest relations team worked hard to fix the (minor) issues we reported. Lots of praise to Osman on the omelette station at breakfast.

The resort is fantastic overall. Rooms and pools are clean, the food is super (i was a bit sceptical on this but couldn't be better). Staff was friendly and helpful. The sea of the beach is very shallow, you can't enjoy it as much as you would like to but still, we didn't mind, we made the most of it and we had the perfect break from our bad weather in England. Last bad point is the WiFi, didn't work well for us, but it is a nice excuse to forget about the phone for a few days. It reached our expectations and we would recommend the place.

Stayed at Jaz Aquamarine for 6 days and we had a great time. Property is huge as its twinned with Bluemarine. Gardens, Pool and other areas are kept immaculate. There are few pool side bars which serve snack throughout afternoon. The main TOPAZ restaurant offers very good buffet. Staff are very attentive and make you feel special. There are 3 water slide pools which kid enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel/resort to anyone seeking a true 5* experience.

Everything about our trip was amazing! The staff at Jaz Aquamarine are the best, they were all so helpful and accommodating, haven’t come across nicer people than them. Anything we needed, they were happy to help, from the ground staff to security, everyone was so polite and professional. Ibrahim was very courteous, whilst we were by the poolside he saw we had finished our drinks and went to get us new drinks without even asking! Saber I believe his name is, his mocktails were amazing Everytime! Mohammed Wahab at reception was so so helpful Everytime, especially as he went out of his way to assist me with a dinner booking. Thank you to everyone!

Apartments poor, food choices limited, food quality poor, customer service poor. If your used to a European 5 star this is probably the equivalent of a three star.

We are extremely committed to delivering the perfect holiday experience for each and every guest and are disappointed that on this occasion we failed to achieve this for you.With regards to your comments about our rooms, we would like to highlight that the hotel is in full operation 365 days a year and updates are subject to an ongoing process, when and as needed, for example with grouting, upholstery renovations, polishing works, paintings etc. Although we have not been closed for full renovations, we do our best to keep our rooms at a good standard, which is acknowledged by most of our guests praising the high standards of our rooms keeping in consideration that the hotel has opened in 2009. Nevertheless, we will be looking further into your kind suggestions, as we always thrive to improve ourselves in all aspects of the hotel. With regards to your comments about the food, we are sorry that this was not to your taste but we are catering for a number of different nationalities each with their own tastes and expectations and the majority of our guests are more than happy with the food provided. However, if you are unable to find something to suit then our chefs are more than happy to prepare something especially for you. Nevertheless our chefs are constantly reviewing and updating our menus so perhaps on a return visit you may find it more to your own liking.We would like to highlight that you were contacted by our Guest Relation department, and you have not raised any of the above mentioned issues with them, therefore we believed that you are satisfied with everything.Best RegardsMohamed WafaHurghada Area Manager
