On the first floor, a spacious, bright interior with large kitchen, dining room and living room with wood-burning stove. Separate toilet, shower room, laundry room, bedroom (bed 160x200) with direct access to the terrace and shower room. Upstairs, the three independent bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, two 140x200 beds) open onto a superb sea view. Separate toilet, bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, the wooden terrace (20m2) under an awning invites you to enjoy the permanent spectacle of the rhythm of the tides.
