We stopped for a 24 hour layover on our way to Australia. It was pouring down rain and the humidity had turned my hair all crazy, but the staff were great. The check in was quick and the clerk was friendly. We did not get the room I had reserved on Expedia and paid more for. We wanted a view and our room did not have one. The thermostat could not be set above super cold and it was really humid in our room. I guess the humidity can’t be helped but it was hard to sleep that night. Our bed was super soft and the pillows were fluffy.

You barely see any garbage outside the hotel and it’s always clean. The staff are also very friendly and kind, and I enjoyed their customer service. Might book here again if I ever come back.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping staff are wonderful people. Helping you all the time whether you need a direction or you need utensils or coffee flavours. Friendly smile and positive welcome. It’s a 3- star hotel but the services are 5 star. People please don’t expect to have big rooms or free parking in Waikiki. Read the details on their website about what they offer. Definitely gonna come back here for my next staycation too.

We had a fabulous time at the Holiday Inn Express Waikiki. It is about 15 min walk from the beach/main drag with shops along the way. We got our steps in but the weather made every day a beautiful walk.

The beach is within walking distance but it's a really long walk, not great for older folks. I brought my 84-year-old grandma and it was quite a trek to get to the property. The room with double beds and partial ocean view is meant for 4 adults but we are just 3 and it's way too cramped. There's barely any space to move around, especially with our luggage. We were on the 25th floor with no elevator, so we had to take the stairs down from the 26th floor. What a pain! We ended up getting another room because it was so stuffy and I felt claustrophobic. They should just have one queen bed to give more room. It was way too expensive for what we got. Not worth it at all. The housekeeping staff were nice though.

Loved the jacuzzi. Rooms are small ok for 2 would be stretch for larger family. We had a great view. Service personnel were great and friendly.

立地は、ワイキキビーチより、徒歩10分。ピンクLINEバス停は、すぐ近く。 部屋はコンパクトで、ラナイなしなので、眺望はなし。シャワーのみ。小プール、ジャグジー、ジムあり。 Waikikiの物価高の中、朝食付き(ビュッフェ、パン、パンケーキ、オムレツ、ミートパテ、日替わりスープ、ヨーグルト、ミルク、豆乳、バナナ、オレンジなど)部屋には、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーがついており、全て外食ではなくテイクアウトでの部屋食も可能で良かった。給水機もロビー近くにあり。 スタッフの対応は、良いが、英語のみ、翻訳アプリを利用すれば、特に問題なし。 お手軽に宿泊したい人には、コスパは良いので、かなりおすすめ。

The place has parking problem, parking fee is expensive, parking kiosk are not working well, receptionist is doesn’t know about parking details. Rooms are so small but clean, hotel is close to the wakiki beach around 15 minutes by walking. An average hotel.

-Check in was quick and efficient -Wifi worked well -Rooms were small and a bit dated, but clean -Air/con worked well and kept us cool -Beds comfortable with nice pillows and duvets -Location is excellent- not front and centre but easily within walking distance of everything -Pool deck was beautiful and pools clean. Plenty of room for laying out and shade as well as a games deck. -Price was expensive but average for Waikiki -Breakfast was full and had many options! Overall a very good experience for a mid-priced hotel!

The view from our room was gorgeous. We were in room 3803 with a corner window view of the ocean. The room was spacious and most nice. The bathroom needs a little work but the room layout was great. Nice pool/hot tub/games area.

We enjoyed our stay here. There were some issues with parking and validation initially, but it seemed to be corrected once we spoke with the front desk staff. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was pretty small, and had very limited storage for clothing. But overall, we were happy with the location and its easy access to the acitivities in and and around Waikiki.

This property was in an excellent location! Just minutes away from the beach as well as so many restuarants and stores. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'm glad I stayed here during my visit to Hawaii.

It was overall a great experience! Especially because they offered breakfast and it was close to the beach. About a 5min walk. The building itself was very pleasant, updated! The only thing is that we could hear a lot of noise coming from the hallways and our next door neighbors. We could hear them talking next door and slamming the door at 3 or 4 in the morning for 2 consecutive nights. They were so load, which affected our sleep but the hotel service and staff was great. I would come back!

Everything but the parking situation is excellent about the property. They charge a $78 a day fee but it’s first come first serve so if you get back to the hotel later in the day you might not find parking.

This was a one and done for us as the room was very small and the air conditioning was right next to the bed so whoever slept on the left side had to contend with continuous drafts and noise. There were frequent waits for elevators and the breakfast area was always packed with lines through the food area. The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave.
