Fantastisk hotel men også et hotel i den dyre ende
Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold. Skønt hotel, gode faciliteter og område på og omkring hotellet og rengøring/oprydning på værelser 2 gange dagligt Hvis vi skal sige noget negativt, så er det priserne på div madsteder tilhørende hotellet og specielt morgenmaden. Ellers en god oplevelse

Outstanding Service and extremely friendly staff. Lactose free milk and gluten free bread available upon request and whole service staff super attentive and well aware of dietary restrictions. Early check in without extra charge. We will definitely come back!

Gym, swimming pool, rooms and shower all excellent. Close to 2 MTR stations. Timing of cleaners could be earlier (before 5pm- when we used to get back to room). Overall hotel was excellent and staff were heldful and friendly (all room requirements requested beforehand were completed). Thank you

Very nice hotel and would stay there again. Food is definitely overpriced but overall I believe it has good value and services. They actually had my room available and let me in that morning when I arrived. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Overall great experience at this hotel

Tolles Hotel in super Lage, Fähre nach Kowloon fußläufig in 10 Min. zu erreichen, Zimmer großzügig und wunderschön mit sehr bequemen Betten, wir hatten Clubzugang was ich nur empfehlen kann.Sehr exklusives kleines Büffet mit Traum Aussicht- Scotty ,der mit Herzblut seine Gäste bestens versorgt und man sich immer willkommen fühlt.Wir würden jederzeit wieder nur dieses Hotel für Honkong buchen!

I actually searched the hotel accommodation with great caution as I usually pay special attention to the stay experience. I finally decided to settle in Grand Hyatt, which is a huge mistake. The room is not sizeable and space is limited. The WC is closed with a solid door in which there was a strong stinky urine smell, which is so unacceptable for such a hotel that is listed as top 10 hotels. But if you want to walk to Wan Chai, it is very convenient as a city walk.

Absolutely amazing hotel and facilities
Absolutely amazing hotel, great location so close to MTR and restaurants/bars. Room was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Huge Pool and staff were very helpful, well equipped gym. Great champagne bar with an amazing pianist and singer. I would Highly recommend this hotel
