Sandra, i always tell guests they need to book restaurants in advance as they very popular, so the chances of getting a table for 13 on a walk in, is very unlikely, and yes your correct Uber hasn’t arrived on Anglesey yet and most of our guests arrive by car rather than by train, however there are good local taxi firms if required. I’m pleased you all enjoyed your stay at Dreamcatchers but think its a bit mean to drop a star because you struggled to pre book a night out, in the future if you would like to return im more than happy to make a reservation for you at any restaurant of your choice. Trearddur bay is a fantastic local community, with some of the best blue flag beaches and walks on Dreamcatchers doorstep, along with brilliant restaurants and gastro pubs who normally welcome their customers with open arms. We’ve not had a Video machine for a very long time as all the TVs are smart and stream all channels and Netflix over Wi-Fi

Hi Neil I’m pleased you enjoyed your stay, I don’t think the fact that two bulbs needed replacing warrants a comment, however we always keep a stock encase one blows when guests are staying. We always pride ourselves on the cleanliness, I know you mentioned there was a small amount of dust on one of the top shelves in the kitchen, which our cleaners were notified about, it does no harm to keep people on their toes, but we travel the world and stay in five star Hotels and if we look close enough we could always find something out of place, but generally not worth mentioning. As you know I always go out of my way to be as helpful and accommodating as possible and would welcome you back anytime in the future All the best Nigel.

Hi Carol, where possible i will arrange early and late check in/out times its only when we have guests leaving or arriving the same day we need that time frame to prepare the house to the correct standard and Covid clean/spray, it just takes much longer unfortunately but at least everyone feels safe in mind that the jobs done correctly.
