The generous 200m² terrace, of which 70m² is covered, offers a captivating vista of the Kleine Drakensbergen.

Adjacent to the terrace lies the Boma, providing a delightful setting to savor drinks beneath the South African sky with friends and family. The terrace's BBQ ensures delightful African grilling and the creation of homemade pizzas. Aesthetic seating and luxurious sunbeds adorn the terrace, while the heated pool invites swimming throughout the seasons.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, and an American fridge for crafting ice cubes. An island in the kitchen provides a cozy spot for indoor dining with a small group. The adjoining utility room houses a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Each of the three bedrooms boasts its private ensuite bathroom with a double washbasin, toilet, and an outdoor shower. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a TV.
