Lovely hotel very clean and staff very pleasant and friendly....location is excellent as it is only 5 minute walk to main bars and restaurants and shopping area.

Staff were very helpful and polite the room was smaller than expected but was comfortable, breakfast was included in our stay and was exceptional

Breakfast buffet was great - so much choice. Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds & all you could need. Good central location.

This is a fabulous hotel, in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, underground car park on site, think it's £12, per day but you can come and go as you please, the staff are both friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast included.

The only thing that needs improvement is the tv’s in the bar. They both keep switching off every couple of minutes.

Scaffolding around entrance was unattractive, and at no point during my 4 day stay, was any work done. Every time I went to the breakfast buffet, something had run out, and I had to wait. Over 3 breakfasts I estimate I waited 10 times for items. Also waited 40 mins for a vegetarian eggs benedict Therefore each breakfast took twice as long as it needed too.

hotel was fine, centrally located in Harrogate , what let it down was the bar service and breakfast where staff clearly didnt have a clue what was going on, drinks were expensive and the breakfast was well below average.

Excellent stay
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Harrogate, a hotel that I've never been to. The underground car park was spacious and well lit. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, well appointed and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The restaurant was well laid out, the menu had a wide choice. Special mention to Helen who works in the restaurant, she was very friendly, helpful and good humoured. The evening meal and breakfast were tasty and filling. The lounges were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Average stay
Stayed 3 days and overall good. Car park is an issue £12 per night and spaces are small. Breakfast was plenty and good. Room was very warm , even with heating off and -1 outside, opened the window and its noisy with kitchen extractor blasting away early hours. good location. Building work going on at the minute

Well worth it!
Great hotel. Nice and clean. Room was nice, very large bed and with fantastic veiws. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Only down side is banging doors early in the morning when business people are leaving for work Soft closing doors be most welcome for people staying as a leisure break

Smart helpful staff. Great location for Harrogate town. Clean tidy room, all the amenities you require. Actually joined to the conference centre so tip hotel if you are attending an event
