Seamoore review
This house is very dated and dusty, however it has everything you need. (Except it lists a dishwasher but doesn't have one.) The pool was nice.

Amazing stay.
We all had such a lovely time. Pool was amazing and the whole out lay of the house was perfect. Beds we’re very comfortable everyone enjoyed there sleep. Moore river was beautiful definitely stay again.

Awesome Resort House Weekend
Had an incredible weekend at this cool and unique house, loved all the little designs on the walls, would recommend to all of you enjoy playing pool, table tennis and just chill downstairs in the games room, rooms were nice and the balcony has a sick view, overall awesome house.

Enjoyable stay
This unique, quirky home is great for what we needed. A group a men having a weekend away playing golf, fishing and enjoying banter around the pool and fire. The BBQ and outdoor deck needs upgrading but all in all the amenities and location was great. Will stay again.

Fantastic weekend with the girls
Perfect location, lovely house with lots of character. Outdoor stone table and beaches were lovely but old and cracked one broke but owner was very understanding and has probably removed it now. Loved the games room , pool was perfect. This house had everything from toasters to slow cookers, fridges x 4 and a free standing freezer . It also had 2 showers and an outdoor shower. Defo stay again . Love to to a winter trip next time . Karen and girls from mandurah wa

Very unique, lots of nice sitting areas to enjoy sunsets. however it only has ONE bathroom not 2 as listed and is very dirty .the whole property needs repairs is in no way a resort.pool area is great but no shade .

Beautiful getaway close by
Absolutely loved the house, plenty of rooms and space for all, kids and teens were kept busy with the pool and in the games room. Not far from the beach just a leisurely 5min walk. Very comfortable for parents to relax in and the owner was extremely helpful and nice 😊

Great size and location, lovely pool
We had a great holiday here, very close to the river, lovely pool and plenty of room. Sadly we found the house very dirty and run down. We also saw several mice in the kitchen. There was no dishwasher as advertised on the website, both BBQs were in very poor condition, one of the fans provided was unusable and overall it felt very old, tired and dirty.

Terrible
Mice had run of main room at night.. no shelter near pool.. no door handle on toilet door.. unable to use game room(electrical problem) Bins were overflowing... privacy!!owner 'dropped in' on three occasions... dried vomit on bed linen... heavy blanket under winter sheeting (temp being over 44 degrees) No towells.... utensils in need of cleaning.

Great quirky house for large amount of people and catered for all ages. Pool was a plus.
House was quirky which we loved. could have been cleaner. Pool was great and there were lots of seating and room for all of the family. Kids loved the games room. Needs a bit of a tidy and maintenance. over all though we had a great weekend stay

Quirky gem with everything!
We absolutely loved this eclectic house. It would be perfect for a holiday for a couple of families. We were just 7 women and didn’t make use of the pool or games room but had a lovely lazy time flopping in all the different sofas. Not a house for clean freaks which suited us fine. We’d much rather this than somewhere sterile and boring. Hope to stay there again!

School holiday fun
Went away with a few families and the kids had a fantastic time, great space, interesting house with lots to look at, the millipedes were a bit of a problem though as all through the house, no sooner you sweep them out they are back in, but they did appear to be everywhere in guilderton so possibly a seasonal issue.

Lovely house with lots of fun stuff to see. When rains hard ceiling is leaking.
Good house to stay with friends or family. Lots of things to do and see. Lots of different spots to sit and relax. Only when it rains the ceiling is leaking.

Trip of a lifetime
This house is so beautifully quirky with all its amazing art work, nooks and crannys to explore. there is so much to see and do I didn’t actually leave the house once during my stay because I wanted to make use of all the games and vicinities, very well equipped kitchen and comfy beds, I look forward to coming back here with my friends in the summer time when we can use the pool!

One of the best vacation homes ever!
For our large group of 4 families, this turned out to be a highlight of the trip and one of the main reason we ended having a great time! Couple of other families booked in other properties, spent the day together in this property. Being a large group with kids in 2-15 years range, we spent a lot of time indoors and there was no shortage of fun stuff to do within the property itself! Multiple living areas meant folks could either hang out together or spent some quiet time by themselves, without being in each other's face all the time. We couldnt use the outdoor pizza oven due to the fireban and ironically at the same time couldnt use the pool either due to cyclcone weather during our stay. So defnitely expecting an even better experience during next stay! Lots of character to the whole house, but the bathroom facilities definitely need an upgrade. With a Nintendo Switch and Netflix subcription, you can make full use of the large screen TV whilst indoors, kids will not have a single moment of boredom and will definitely thank you for it!

User Friendly, Multi-Purpose, Relaxing Home
This friendly home was perfect for our Time-Out/Get-Away... Everyone loved the location and easy going user friendly environment that this home offered. Great place for a group stay
This place is perfect for a group stay. There are multiple hang out spots throughout the property, including some great spots to watch the sunset. The house is decorated with some really interesting art, making it feel cost without feeling too cluttered. The kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Something for everyone
Had seen reviews before about being better than the pictures and this was certainly the case! Had so many different areas for people to hang out in! The pool was a big win and the pool area has been a bit updated with shade which was perfect! And the downstairs games room was perfect at night to head down and chill out! Odd quirky things around the house but just added to the houses character! Will definitely be back!

Great House
Was a great property! Very interesting bits and pieces around the house, great views from upstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and Guilderton is a beautiful little town. The only thing was there was no shade around the pool area and it got very hot, and the pool wasnt cleaned for us, we had to clean it ourselves. The outdoor spa also wasnt working.

Loved it! Will be back :)
Loved the house! Looked a little cluttered in the photos, but was fabulous in person. We were a group of friends and chose the house for the pool table and ping pong table - should the weather have kept us indoors. The beds were comfy and clean, everything in the kitchen was clean and there was so much space to spread out. Will definitely be back! My only suggestion would be stocking the essentials (handsoap, sponges, tea towels, bath mats) as you're caught out if you haven't thought to bring them! Would be handy to have a list of what's provided or what we should bring.

The house was perfect for us 10 girls... it had fun creative areas, warm cozy open fire, comfortable sun kissed dining location options... many “nooks and crannies” fabulous views, plenty of space... actually I thought it was better than advertised ... we will definitely stay again!!
