The lack of seats in the reception hall / check-out hall is a big negative. There is not a single seat when waiting for taxi or friends' car coming to pick us up. So have to stand during all those time waiting.
The price in the hotel restaurant is unreasonably high.

the hotel lobby was holding an event while I walked in, there was no clear instruction where the check-in counter moved, plus not enough staffs to serve the event guest and hotel guest at the same time.
