Perfect location
Very good hotel, room and pool. And perfect service with bus to Pigeon Island Beach. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. We will stay at Harbor Club again.

We had a good stay only thing that thru me off rooms & the hotel it self was not as clean as I seen on pictures hotel staff was great when it came to helping us book excursions the dockside food was amazing better then a lot of the local places we been to

Clean with a beautiful view of the bay.
This place was great. We had a beautiful view of the bay, it was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. There is no immediate beach access, we had a car so this was not an issue but I was under the impression there was a beach right there. However, if you are a pool person, they have plenty!

The staff were fantastic. All were exceptionally friendly and easily met our needs. The food offered at the restaurant and cafe was delicious but slightly overpriced.

This is a lovely hotel with stunning pool area, an excellent chef/kitchen and a staff that makes you sad to leave. Some Great Service, and some not so great.
There for business. Had some great service from two employees, Tanya at the front desk, and Arriana at the bakery. They had the can-do attitude and the Manager whose name I believe was Christina? When I asked for an electric kettle she had one sent up to my room ASAP. She definitely has some other challenges with much of her staff understanding what travelers desire for customer service. A few mentioned above get it, but many of the other servers, wait staff, seem more interested to talk to each other than to take care of the customers. Would I stay there again for business, yes, as it was reasonably priced, but unfortunately, I would not choose to stay there if I was footing the bill on a vacation.

Well first of all i tried to change my stay for the following weekend, i couldn't Upon arriving the key for the room wasn't functioning, everytime we step out we have to check at the desk for someone to let us in and had to wait for them to come. Main shower head wasn't working properly We went numerous times to ask for a another room but never gotten one. We were very stress out and disappointing because we came to my step dad's funeral and needed a couple of days to get ourselves together. This wasn't our first visit at the resort. We wasn't happy. Very disappointing

Tres bel hôtel avec superbe piscine,petit déjeuner excellent bien que cher. Idéal pour les personnes arrivant et repartant de Sainte-Lucie par la marina de rodnay bay. Les chambres sont chouettes, très bonne literie, préférer les chambres avec balcon. Le personnel est super sympa. Les moins ...taxe de séjours et d'hôtel (apparemment) très cher (près de 70 dollars US pour deux,pour deux jours), pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Nous avions une chambre vue marina sans balcon, pas de possibilités d'ouvrir les fenêtres.
