This apartment is beautifully bright and freshly renovated!
Ideal for your city trip, as the city center of Salzburg can be reached by bus in just 20 minutes! Yet, you can enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts and gaze at the Untersberg, which the Dalai Lama calls the "heart chakra" of Europe. Activities in the Salzburg region are easily accessible as the highway is only 5 km away. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Check-in/check-out is conveniently done through a key box.
The apartment consists of a room with a comfortable 160cm-wide box spring bed. There is a handmade solid wood table where you can dine or use your laptop. Additionally, there is a shelf for storing your clothes. On the balcony, you have a view of the beautiful Untersberg and can unwind in the evening, especially during the summer. The bathroom features a shower cabin, and towels are provided for you. The kitchen is small but sufficient for preparing coffee, tea, or light meals. WiFi is included in the price.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator.

The small town of Grödig is slightly away from the hustle and bustle, yet very close to the city of Salzburg. Grödig has about 7,000 residents and offers restful tranquility and typical Austrian culture. But that doesn't mean Grödig is boring! At the base and summit of our legendary Untersberg, there are activities for young and old, small and large, for sports enthusiasts and those seeking balance. The must-see highlights of the festival city are just under 8 kilometers away and can be easily reached by car or public transport (about 20 minutes from the train station to the apartments). Thanks to the convenient connection to the Tauern Motorway, the most beautiful destinations and lakes of the Salzburg region are in close proximity.
There are 4 parking spaces available right in front of the house (First come, first serve!), and a public parking lot is a 3-minute walk away.
In front of the house is the "the24-7-market," a vending machine supermarket that is open 24/7. Here, you'll find a variety of beverages and a fine selection of savory and sweet snacks for your small hunger.
