* Sleeps up to 8 guests: 2 queen beds, a bunk bed (twin over full), plus an air mattress or comfy couch.

* Fully equipped kitchen: Keurig and drip coffee maker, selection of teas and spices.

* Full-size washer and dryer on-site.

* Quiet hours: 10pm onwards.

* No parties with outside guests.

* Noise complaints will not be tolerated.
