Our Premium All Inclusive package offers a large variety of items available to our beloved guests and most of them are fully included, with a nice arrangement of premium alcohol brands and premium food items being offered at a nice discount! We genuinely hope that our buffet and a la carte restaurants were able to live up to the expectations of an excellent and premium quality resort, which all of our team & management strive to achieve and surpass! However, our colleagues offered you a reduction on the non-show fee exceptionally, in order to assist you. Dear Valued Guest Thank you for providing us with your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am extremely pleased to see that overall you enjoyed your time with us and found the room you were allocated to be very nice. I am also delighted to read that you were happy with our buffet service. As we strive to be environmentally friendly, we have limited our use of plastics and as such we no longer provide toiletries within our rooms. We also found that the vast majority of our guests did not make use of the complimentary toiletries and therefore the provision of these items has not caused any cause for concern. I am however sorry that you were personally disappointed. If room service is required we charge a minimum fee, as this is an additional service not included in the overall package. It is not unusual to find, in the vast majority of hotels, that a charge will be incurred when ordering items to a room. It was our pleasure to host you and we certainly hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back in the not too distant future.
