The gourmet kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. When it's time to dine, the table seats up to 10. Detailed with custom woodwork, vaulted ceilings, and picture windows, the living room is the ideal place to cozy up with a good book or gather with friends around the wood-burning fireplace. The family room provides a smart TV for movie nights.

The mountain-view primary suite features a king bed, a desk, and a gas fireplace. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and access to a balcony. Two guest bedrooms each have a king bed, while the other has a queen bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, and a half bath adds convenience. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, central heat, air-conditioning upstairs, and an in-home washer/dryer.

Take in soaring mountain views from the expansive outdoor oasis, which boasts a private heated pool (up to 6' feet), hot tub, multiple decks, a gas grill, and alfresco dining. Practice your short game on the private putting green or enjoy conversation around the gas firepit.

1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD75 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
