Mr Sean Rodgers, Thank you for choosing to return to Crossbasket . It is important to highlight that you have stayed with us before prior to your latest stay on 25th November 2022. Reading your review, I am very surprised as this does not reflect the chain of incidents which took place that night. I must emphasise, we have a zero-tolerance policy against Violence towards any guest or fellow staff member. Safety and security of our guests and staff are to our utmost priority ,we take these matters very seriously. On the late night of the 25th , Deanne, the Assistant General Manager was made aware of the altercation between you and night porter. She defused the situation and offered to contact the police immediately but surprisingly you refused. I personally spoke to you on the following morning and again and beknown of the reasons, you denied involving police. We have addressed the situation with Night porter internally and informed police of the incident . Police could only get involved once you provide statement and press charges , to which until date you have refused. We have followed every step possible to investigate and deal with the situation .
