Although not new, the rooms and property, both inside and out are well maintained. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased that daily room cleaning was offered…including fresh towels if so desired. If a breakfast option is offered by Expedia, I recommend it be purchased …good value. An easy 10 minute drive to downtown Gettysburg.

Pool was great for kids. Enjoyed the hot tub. The hotel was clean and i liked that they came in and restocked towels and toiletries, other hotels haven't been doing that.

First, we got to Gettysburg more quickly that we thought we would. We went to the hotel and asked if our room was ready even though it was only about 1:00 p.m. They checked and graciously let us go to our room where we washed our hands and then we were off to explore. The next day, I had to wrap a gift for a party we were attending and had to wrap it at the hotel. I went to the front desk to ask for a scissors and tape and the woman there explained that someone had walked off with her scissors but she said she would look in her office. She came back with a pair and gave me a roll of tape and in no time my gift was wrapped. I so appreciated her willingness to help me - AND she did it with a smile! In addition, our room was spotless. We would choose this Wyndham again in a heartbeat!

Big facilities, clean and quiet. Seamless check in. Very nice property. Only qualm which is really insignificant, tv is small by today’s standards. Haven’t watched a tv this small in 20 years, since I got rid of my 27” Sony Trinitron.

Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Great hot water and shower pressure. The restaurant was disappointing. Food wasn’t hot but service was good. Only one person working, but she did a great job. The door to the room seemed like it was going to fall off. All in all, I would stay there again.

Visited for a conference March 23-26 , Booked and prepaid for a suite back on October 11th 2022, a full 5 1/2 months in advance. When i arrived i was told i was being downgraded to a double room because they overbooked the suits for that weekend. And due to me being the last one to make a reservation for a suite, i was automatically downgraded. Which to me is almost nonsensical. First because of when i made made my reservation, 2nd when i was looking for other rooms for friends and family members weeks later for other guest, they still had suites available. And finally lets face it Gettysburg in the middle of march is not going to sell out of suites 6 months in advance. But i digress, But to make matters worse i was told by the front desk clerk who checked me in, that the rate for the double was the same as for a suite, which is laughable. When i showed him my conformation from Expedia with my nightly rates, he refused to budge or give me a credit for the price i paid. I actually had to call Expedia customer service and they were able to contact the hotel, verify the price of the double room then issue me a credit. The staff at the Gettysburg Wyndham failed to make right their mistake, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience and aggravation i was put through. I booked a suite due the size and separate sleeping area because i knew id be hosting convention guests in the evenings. Room was unsuitable in size and amenities. Lastly i was not offered Expedia vip benefits

Place was one of the nicest Wyndham properties I’ve stayed at. It was very clean, The staff was great and very accommodating, the restaurant onsite was very good as well. I would definitely stay there again. I would also recommend to others.

Well the property was great! I would have given 5 stars if I wasnt woken up at 0730 and again at 0830 by the alarm company testing the fire alarms without prior warning.

Ver nice and clean hotel! Decor is beautiful ! Gym area and pool are also very nice and clean The TV was very small and the beds were not very comfortable but otherwise very nice!

It was a very nice hotel and the restaurant was top notch. What was inconvenient was that you had to request a refrigerator which was my fault for not seeing that on the reservation and there was no microwave. There was no way to have cold drinks in your room or to take on an excursion to the park, nor there was any way to heat up leftovers from the awesome dinner at the restaurant.

We stayed twice in one week. On the way south and coming back. The bar/restaurant was terrific both meals. The first room was very nice the second room was below average. We attributed it to booking the second room with Expedia. We got the “Expedia” room.
