the window AC in the 1st floor bdrm was very noisy at night, the freezer side of the fridge did not get very cold, even when dial was tuned to the limit, could use a standing lamp or 2, no kitchen bags, king bed matress dips in middle, and we could not find how trash cans were to go under the house! (on the departure instructions)

Perfect Vacation Home
This was the perfect house. It fit every need. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all the necessities and the backyard was great for grilling. It needs an AC unit in the living room but other than that it was great. We just put the fan downstairs and it helped.

Would definitely stay here again!
We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect! It was just a short distance from all the wedding events plus was a short walk away from the seawall and pleasure pier. We thought the beds were very comfortable in all rooms. I was a bit concerned that there was no central heat or A/C but the window units in each room worked like a charm. We cooked quite a lot and found the kitchen well stocked with a crockpot, mixer, cutting boards, pots and pans and all the utensils you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Below my expectation
Ver poor and minimum efficiency , the Ac by rooms is a window Ac make a lot noises , the back yard very poor conditions , also we called for plumbing assistance for washer machine

Thank you for staying at Seas the Breeze for your island vacation. We apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. The washing machine issue was quickly repaired the same day it was reported to our staff. The yard is as it is pictured in the listing, featuring two picnic tables and a bbq grill. Each room includes a window AC unit, which have been tested and operating properly. We appreciate all your feedback.

Galveston summer vacation
Everything about this property was perfect from booking to the house and check out process! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It’s located with in a short walk to the beach and Pleasure Pier and very central in relation to restaurants and attractions. Very comfortably sleeps 8-10 people with lots of space so everyone has room without getting in anyone’s way.

Nice house. Great proximity to everything
The property is very nice. Check in couldn’t have been easier. VRBO and the Soar agency were attentive to detail. There were some areas that were that lacked, but not many. The kitchen floor is cracked in a few places and some partial tile pieces missing. The refrigerator ice and water dispenser casing is cracked, broken and tends to fall off when you try to get ice, and both handles are very loose. The grill was dirty and old coals were left in it so we chose not to use it. Some bedroom doors are cracked and won’t close completely. None of those items were of major concern, we just thought you’d like to know about them (we took pics when we arrived). Overall this was a wonderful experience and would recommend this property highly! Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Summer Vacation
The house was pretty & everything was clean. It was a nice cozy house. Only problem We had there were too many fury caterpillar on front door entrance & they made there way inside the living room. But other than that it was a nice visit. Katie was great to work with for the stay.

Great weekend getaway !
What a great place ! It was very comfortable home away from home . The hosts were very easy to contact . They made sure the lights were on for our late arrival . Everything was in place , clean , and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the family games and comfortable beds. The location was fantastic just blocks (walking distance) from the paradise pier .

Great location!!
Cute house with lots of charm. The owners thought of just about everything! A few minor things... mirrors in the bedrooms would have been nice for the females staying there. TV in bedroom to the left upstairs had no login for Netflix or other programs. Kitchen dishcloth or sponge would have been nice since we did cook a couple meals at the house. Overall, it was clean, well kept and we really enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.
