The property was very dirty and not in good order. The elevator was out of order, the ice machine was out of order. Our room was not clean with stains on walls, microwave dirty, floors seemed dirty, the toilet seat had tape on it and appeared dirty. Very disappointed and would not stay again.

Rooms was spacious and very comfortable bedding. Nice thick towels and extra towel available. Elevator not working but luckily we were accommodated on the ground level.

We stay here when we go to Gainesville. However this time the elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Inconvenient. The staff is nice and friendly and the rooms are clean. We were offered a complimentary drink or snack for the inconvenience.

We stay here when we go to Gainesville. The staff is friendly and very nice. The elevator was broken so we had to walk the steps which was inconvenient. The girl at the front desk did offer us a complimentary beverage or snack for the inconvenience.

The elevator was broken and they did not tell us until after we checked in to the hotel. The first room they put us in the AC did not work at all nor did the phone we had to come down complain and they finally put us in a different room on another floor. There was several people complaining that they had no AC all night.

The elevator was not working so we had to carry all our things up the stairs. The girls at the desk were not friendly nor did the have a smile on their face. The tv guide did not work so the tv was stuck on cartoons. The restroom smelled like suwer. The complementary breakfast was not good at all.

The elevator was broke and we were on the 4th floor. Not the end of the world, but not convenient. The AC wasn’t blowing very well and didn’t cool the room down until 4-5am. So we were hot while sleeping. I’ve stayed at worst places but thought the quality of this hotel would be better than it was.

Our air conditioning didn’t work. The elevator was broken. We were assured the AC would be fixed at the time of checkout. We left for the day and got back late. We were lied to and told it was fixed. I got to the room and it wasn’t. They said they would have it fixed the next day, after we left.

I choose Comfort Suites, as they usually have a consistent standard of comfort and amenities. This property is the exception. The staff was rude and argumentative. I informed them that the swimming pool was green and in need of cleaning. She told me No it is clean. I took her in the pool area and showed her the green water and the large areas of DIRT and BUGS that were in the pool. She reiterated that it was clean! People were walking in off the street, with their towels, to swim in the pool and hot tub. This place is hugely frequented by construction workers who do not clean the dirt off, before taking their swim. The Railing was also broken and pulled away from the anchor. I would highly suspect anyone who gives a positive review of this awful place!! Buyers BEWARE!!

The hotel room is large and has plenty of room for a family of 4-5. I like that it has a separate seating area. Everything was in working order and clean. The bed was comfy. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. It was great to see her again in the morning to thank her for her pleasant disposition. The breakfast was good and better than most hotels like this one that include breakfast each morning. Plenty of protein options. I’ll admit I was hesitant to stay based on a few negative comments left on the reviews. Honestly, for this category of hotels, this one was great. (And I feel I’m pretty picky. ) We’d stay here again. Certainly convenient to the casino with easy on and off access from the highway.

This place is a decent stay. It’s older and smells old and stuffy in the rooms. The bedding is OLD and the just patch it up. The restrooms have a smell to them as well. The staff was very nice and helpful upon arrival. It’s convenient to food and Casino. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was ok. The pool was a little murky looking but the kids enjoyed it for the short time they used it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but I have seen worse. We did sleep exceptionally well so that is great!

location worked well for us. They need new air conditioning. First room at no air for two nights room was very warm. Third night we were moved room only had a portable air conditioner but at least it worked. Should have know something was off when they had boxed fans even setting in the lobby.

The TV wasn't working properly. The shower was very wasteful for water usage. It had a slight smell to the room. The card keys that they gave us only one of them worked and when the door finally unlocked the door would still catch a little bit.

The property was ran down and dirty . The shower floor was soft and had a hole in it. The breakfast was wasnt warm and there was no milk . It was just a very awful stay. I will not be back and would not recommend it. The place needs a complete updating.

Booked 2 rooms. One had no heat, electrical outlets at nightstand did not work. The a/c unit was a free-standing unit that they had propped up on a foot stool. 2nd room had a draft coming in from the exterior window that would not close completely. Comforter on bed had a "mildew" smell so bad that it could not be used for sleep. Slept with just a sheet only. Coming from the hotel industry, these rooms should be considered "out of service" until these issues are corrected. Paid $249.00 per room through Expedia. Left message with hotel manager Muhammed regarding the above issues. .

We had a very obnoxious beeping that started about 1 in the morning waking up everyone including my one-year-old. We went to the front desk and had told them about the situation and they were no help at all. They also were not very interested in making the situation right. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer and will be spending my money elsewhere next time.
