You can arrive at the best beaches in just minutes by car because Breezy Point is centrally located to beach access for Cape Point and Frisco's South Beach. The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for easy windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four spacious bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the large deck with a hot tub and sound views. The hall bath provides access from the hall and the fourth bedroom. The laundry closet is conveniently located on the first level. The second level has a full bath, cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a formal dining area.
