I loved the food, breakfast and dinner, but I did not like the behavior of the reception staff who deceived me by giving me a standard room when I booked a deluxe room!!??

While we enjoyed our stay at Sundia with lovely staff surroundings food and drinks, the only negative thing was our room had a view of brick wall, I did mention this at checkout, however they were very apologetic and offered me a free upgrade when we stay again.

Lovely hotel
This is our 3rd stay, staff and hotel lovely, but we felt the food was not as good as previous visits with limited offerings, lack of flavours.

Disappointing at best
I arrived at Sundia along with my famil who reserved six rooms for 10 nights each. It was a generally very disappointing experience. The room type requests came as a surprise despite many emails 1-4 months in advance to accommodate wheelchairs, closeness to elevators, and two beds in the rooms. I spent my holiday sharing a bed, falling off a bed, and sleeping on a sofa bed intended for kids. I approached the manager and front desk every day multiple times a day. Everyone keeps on lying and saying that I’ll have my room tomorrow. That never happened. The manager is not confrontational and was hiding most of the time. They have no intention of solving problems just pushing their own agenda which has always been status quo. Some of my party had food poisoning, and the hotel took no responsibility or even followed up with us despite our attempt to reach out to them to find out if this happened to any other guest. The sales people are pushy and lack finesse. I don’t recommend the hotel for anyone who needs any requests delivered. Otherwise, prepare for disappointment.

We would like to emphasize that your comments are of great importance to us.However, we regret to say that we do not accept that your comment is not objective.In your comment, you stated that you were poisoned and that we are not interested in you.When we examine our records, you are informed that you have requested a doctor and that we offered you a nurse and that we mention you the doctor's service is extra charge.Accordingly, it has been recorded in our records that you did not want to meet with the doctor.As I mentioned in our face-to-face meeting with you, in order for poisoning to claim, our other guests in the hotel or other guests in your group must have the same complaints. But only you stated that you were feeling not well. As I explained to you, from a cold destination is to a warm atmosphere like Fethiye after a long journey,unfortunately, sometimes it is not good for your body at first or second days.Regarding your other complaint, I would like to state that it is our most important priority to take into account even the slightest wishes of all our guests and to offer our guests a pleasant holiday. You will appreciate that in the high season, the requests of our guests are answered within our operation. Unfortunately, for the first two days of your check-in, we didn't have two separate rooms. After 2 days, we were happy to respond to your request. We aim to make our guests have an unforgettable holiday by recognizing and eliminating our shortcomings on the way to perfection in our newly renovated and segmented hotel. We see your comment as a chance to improve ourselves, and as the Sundia Exclusive By Liberty Fethiye, we strive to provide the highest quality of service to our guests.You can be sure that your feedback is personally shared with our Management Team and evaluated in detail. The property stated that it is a 5 star hotel, while the whole stay starting with the room to the facilities and specially the food did not indicate that it is a 5 star hotel. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old, and there is no bath tub in the bathroom. The food was the most disgusting thing i had to put up with during the stay, and the alcohol was mixed with water and i kept on getting headaches from the cocktails. The pools are small and to get to the beach you actually have to walk out of the hotel to get to it. The staff were robotic and not friendly at all, they also lacked costumer service which was frustrating due to the amount of money i paid to stay there. All in all it was a terrible experience and never to be repeated again.

Regarding your comments, we here at Sundia are a brand new hotel which opened in April 2021. All of our rooms, furniture, restaurants are also brand new as you can imagine, they was purchased and constructed just before our open date so we are quite shocked to hear that you feel this way about our rooms. Also on each website who advertises our hotel, have a detailed description of our rooms size, room type and also what is available in each room, it is here that you can see there is no advertisement regarding a bath tub and the information provided informs our guests that each room has a walk in shower. We passed your comments regarding the food onto our head of the kitchen who was also sorry to hear you felt this way regarding the food services. In our kitchen there is a cold salad & meze section, fruit section, cake section and also in the hot buffet area each day is a variety of fish, White meat and red meat dishes along side vegetable dishes, rice, pasta and more. Also if our guest has any complaints or problems with the food we directly introduce them to our head chef who is always more than happy to help and if our guests have any special requests, if possible then of course we are always willing to help. Regarding your comment about our alcoholic drinks, we as a Liberty branded hotel use only local branded spirits which have been certified and approved by The Tobacco and Alcohol Market Regulatory Authority and we can ensure you that there is no such thing of water being mixed with alcohol this is definately not tolerated in our hotel. Once again on all of the websites, agencies who advertise our hotel provide pictures of a birds eye view of the area where you can see that yes you do have to go outside of the hotel to reach the beach yet it is no more than just ten steps away. Our staff are trained to ensure our guests needs come first, to always interact in a Professional matter and to smile at all times, If we feel that our staff are not providing this then we provide more training and ensure that our customer satisfaction is our number one goal as well as the happiness of our staff.
