Hello, I am not sure what source of misinformation was, We only ask guest not to access the backyard (the lawn and patio) unless they have children with them, as it makes neighbors with young children uncomfortable not knowing who the strangers are. All guests are welcome to use the deck in a manner that does not disturb neighbors or invites negative attention. I.e. No parties, shouting or music outside. Hello Patrick, we had a set of 4 mugs, and atleast half a dozen plain white coffee cups. However we understand they might be broken or lost. We will make note and get more coffee mugs.

We do not provide Kleenex tissues, I am not aware of any hotel that does that especially after COVID. We cannot please all people and especially people who look with a microscope. We are not a five star hotel, in fact this house is not a hotel. It is someone house and when you rent house that is rented frequently not all guests are going to be as nice as you, they will steal remotes and the most mundane things including boxes of Kleenex tissue and rolls of toilet papers. Please assume you will be making a trip to grocery store and you will need to buy supplies that you need. We will checkout the problem mentioned and fix it, however we have LED bulbs thru out the house and they do not burn out for 20 years, you may simply not have turned on the switch on the wall for the table lamp. Also the immediate neighbors who have young kids do not feel comfortable seeing strangers in our backyard for obvious reasons so we actively discourage our guests from using the backyard. We do not provide patio furniture that faces the backyard, we do not show any pictures of the backyard nor do we put out a outdoor grill. We also do not have any surround sound system as we do not want our guests blaring out loud music and disturb the neighbors in any way. This property is not a good fit for guests who do not understand what a privilege it is to stay in a house like ours compared to the dinky hotel rooms and at such reasonable price only 15 mins from Boulder. Most Boulder houses are over 50 years old and who know what horrors hide behind the walls and in ceilings, things like lead paint, asbestos to name a few. This is definitely not a party house. We have very strict rules and we take neighbor's concerns very seriously as our guest's actions can potentially negatively affect their enjoyment of their own house. Please be mindful of that when renting any house here.

Hello We used to have grill however in our experience, most people leave a lot of mess behind and grills take a long time to clean. With back to back reservations our cleaning team doesn't get enough time to do all the laundry clean and mop the whole house and also clean the outdoor patio and grill, moreover we also have to worry about keeping the propane cylinders full, we simply do not have resources available to do that properly and there is huge labor shortage in Colorado so we do not keep a outdoor grill. There is a double oven in the kitchen you can use the broil setting at 450F and keep the food in a baking pan on middle rack, it will give the same flavor and texture as any propane grill, probably better.

Sorry about the trouble you had with the internet as the entire neighborhood has been using internet streaming services due to Covid-19 closures and kids being home, that said the internet service is beyond our control, however pardon our intrusion with the furniture delivery as it was time sensitive as we had to get it out of another property before a certain date and movers are not available on demand here in Erie, instead we have to work around their schedules. If I recall correctly it took less than 5 mins each time and I understand they had to make 2 trips to get the set in. So other than opening to door, we didn't ask you move or anything. Regarding the pricing, as far as I know homeaway displays totals immediately based on numbers of people you select and your travel dates so I am not sure what your complaint is, you should call them at let them know if there are issues.
