The property needs to install their signs. I drove by it twice and parked in a section that was not open. BUT for the price it was very nice. Furnishings are new and higher end i was impressed. Will stay again

beautiful inside and out. if this had monthly rates, id definitely live there!! the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and the view of the trees and mountains behind it are absolutely gorgeous.! def would stay 100 times again

Hidden Gem in Elkins!! We stayed at the Luxor Inn & Suites for an anniversary weekend 4/20-4/22.. wonderful stay! The room was spotless.. I am nit-picky about hotel rooms therefore, I inspect them prior to bringing our luggage in- having been in the Hospitality Business, i have high expectations… Luxor NAILED it! Absolutely spotless! The bed was comfy (memory foam hybrid mattress), linens clean and soft, nice thick towels & higher end toiletries. They have completely renovated this property. No nasty carpet, the floors are vinyl plank and were clean, i was able to walk around barefoot most of the evenings & my feet were still clean prior to bed ( they also provide the cutest monogramed slippers). The only downfall of the weekend truly wasn’t the property’s fault but corporate’s. The fabulous indoor pool was not open yet although the corporate website stated it was as of 4-1-24, if that is a deal breaker for you, please contact the property itself prior to booking to avoid any disappointment. Other than that one little glitch, i could not have had a better weekend! Chelsey, at the front desk gave us some dining suggestions, Scottie’s for breakfast, indeed! Check-In was a breeze and they accommodated my late check out request. We will definitely be returning in June for another weekend celebration ( we love the area.. so much to do!).

I've never stayed in a cleaner hotel. Beautiful spacious room with no carpeting. The walls are a bit thin, we could hear a baby crying in the next room, but overall the stay was great.

Friendly staff & clean room
The room and staff were great! Only real concern was more about design of the room. The shower stall; great for mobility issues, but the seat took up so much room in the shower, that is was hard to stand and take a shower. Would not help someone in a wheelchair for the same reason, just too small. There was limited room on the huge sink to sit personal items; and little room in the room to sit things too; lots of empty space that would allow another table top for better unpacking for the stay

We made our reservation based on pictures and room descriptions on Expedia. We paid extra for a room that was supposed to have a full kitchen & an in room extra large hot tub. When we arrived to check in, we were told that none of the rooms had full kitchens and only 1 room had the hot tub. We were able to hear road noise & traffic, as well as, noisy guests and slamming doors in our 'sound proof' room. What was supposed to be a Non-smoking hotel, had ashtrays outside the rooms and smelled of cigarette smoke and pot smoke. The bed was very comfortable. There was ample hot water and great water pressure. The front desk staff was very friendly and as accomodating as possible, considering the room we reserved didn’t even exist. Hotel is in process of renovation, so the pool is under construction. The room renovations that we saw were cheap and poorly done. It will not take long before the place looks run down and trashy.

Alisyn, thank you for staying with us. However, we find that you werent happy with your stay due to a few things. The rate you paid was for the room you received. We are in the process to remodel the kitchenette rooms, however, they will be larger and two rooms combined rooms, and the rates will way higher that you would pay for the single room. Our rooms are strictly non-smoking, having ashtrays outside the rooms is something we provide so the guests do not smoke inside the room. I DO NOT think the room renovation is cheap as it has better furniture than any hotels in town, and we know this because we ordered it. This place will not be rundown and cheap, you are just making an assumption, and it is unfair. We'd appreciate you take your business else where. Thank you.

This location is on the verge on becoming THE place to stay in Elkins/Leadsville area. Very nice rooms, clean, and they are bettering their facilities.

Remodeled suites has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker (pods) and snacks. Very clean and comfortable (no loud heating units). Shower is nice and hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great value and location.
Our room was newly remodeled and the facility grounds and room was very clean. The soaking tub was HUGE, pictures of facility are accurate.

Great hotel for the price!
Note: Hotel was still under renovation; so review is only for the room and check-in/out. We were pleasantly surprised with the room. As an older establishment, they have done an excellent job in the renovations. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff for check-in was very helpful and made sure I didn't have any questions, same for check-out. We only stayed one night, but we would definitely return. Only one downside, wish they had better pillows.

Will be staying again!
2nd time staying. Both times were good! Got caught up in the snow and they were so kind to stay an hour later after closing so we could check in. Gave us new towels throughout the stay as well as coffee. Already told several people about the place and will be coming back for our future ski trips!

All the rooms are new. They are comparable to a new room at a Hampton Inn or something similar that was also new. They are adding an indoor pool and hotub which should be nice. Staff is friendly.
