Thanks for the feedback Lindsey, please note you did not book a Kitchenette Suite, the Suite you booked is a Two Queen Suite W/ Pullout Sofa (No Kitchenette). Should you be back to the Spruce Grove Area in the future we do offer Two Queen Kitchenette Suites however this is different than the Suite you just stayed in. Should you have any further questions or require further clarification please let me know. We do apologize for any inconvenience, had this been brought to our Front Desk Agents attention we could have informed you during your stay and possibly moved you to a Kitchenette Suite.Have a great day!

Good Morning Tad,Thank you for reaching out to us. We informed you as you booked with the hotel last minute that we did not have the King Accessible Room available throughout the dates you chose. We promptly contacted you within minutes of receiving your reservation to inform you that we had multiple other rooms available after confirming you did not require the accessibility of the guest room you originally booked. You requested to cancel the room and book else where that had a King Bed to offer as the Standard Two Queen Room we had available did not work for your needs. We cancelled the reservation at your request and refunded all money.
