Incredible service from all the staff at the hotel! They were extremely kind and helpful in terms of all requests. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel bear the mark of being not completely new compared to so many other hotels in Dubai. The location of the hotel is quite nice at the Lakes with only 1,5 km walk to the Jumeirah Beach.

Jeg er lige tjekket ud efter nogle skønne dage på dette hotel. Fint og rummeligt værelse - god seng og dynetøj. Lettere slidt værelse - ikke at det gør noget ved opholdet , men lige til info . Dejlig morgenmad - varieret og international . Fin service og meget obs på dig , som gæst . Kommer gerne igen.

Ikke et 5-stjernet hotel
Deres personale var virkelig uprofessionelle. Vi mødte aldrig en af receptionisterne/personalet som smilede til os eller ønskede os en god dag mv. Vi gjorde brug af deres parkeringspladser. Ved ankomst på hotellet med bilen, blev der aldrig taget godt imod os. Hotellets vallet var slet ikke hjælpsomme. Vi havde booket to værelser, men et af værelserne var ikke klar, på trods af vi ankom på hotellet om natten, hvilket var flere timer vores oprindelige check-in tid. Receptionisten oplyste os om, at deres værelser på hotellet var overbooket og derfor ville vi få et midlertidig handicapvenligt værelse for én dag og kunne blive overflyttet til et almindeligt værelse dagen efter. Det er virkelig dårlig service! Hotellet er angivet til et 5-stjernet hotel, men efter vores mening er det slet ikke en 5-stjernet hotel. Servicen var under alt forventning, værelserne var slidte. Morgenmaden var under forventning. Morgenmad udvalget var slet ikke egnet til 5-stjernet hotel, men mere 3-stjernet hotel. Rengøringspersonalet gjorde deres bedste og det var os kun dem man så smilende på hotellet, ellers øvrige personale var under al kritik. Det er ikke et hotel vi vil komme tilbage til.

Super ophold i Dubai
Super ophold på lækkert hotel i Dubai! Værelserne var rummelige og rene, morgenmaden havde meget at byde på, og poolområder var som det skulle være. Derudover rigtig god service, bl.a. af Phyo Pema der lavede en flot kage, og Zahra Irene der hjalp med diverse forespørgsler. Området er ok tæt på Marina og med sin egen lille sø og nærliggende restauranter, og derudover 5 restauranter i og under bygningen med lidt af hvert at byde på til alle måltider.

Der var konstant larm på hotellet. Der er 3-4 byggeprojekter lige ved siden af hotellet. Konstant larm. Man kunne ikke få noget som helst fred hverken morgen eller aften. Morgenmaden var virkelig trist og kedelig.

Udmærket hotel, lever ik op til de billeder vi så online. Det skal lige siges hotellet har ikke privat strand på stedet, det noget man bliver kørt frem til! Ca 15 min væk. Placeringen var virkelig dårlig og kedelig, der intet i det område. Service og renlighed for derimod 5 stjerner.

Movenpick jlt kan ikke anbefales.
Efter første nat ønskede vi at flytte hotel til movenpick jbr. Men det måtte vi ikke for hotellet. I Danmark kaldes det for falsk markedføring - hotellet har en lille pool og med taxi kan man få adgang til en privat strand (100kr i taxi hver vej) tilsvarende hoteller med bedre beliggenhed koster det samme!!! Vælg derfor ikke dette hotel.

Ingen fordele som guldkunde blev tilbudt
Hvad er fordelen ved at være guldkunde, når hotellet ikke tilbyder noget af det man har ret til som guldkunde. Der var ledige værelser over delux værelse som jeg har bestilt. Skrev tidligere et svar hvordan min oplevelse som guldkunde var. Svarede, og hotellet skrev så retur bagefter til mig, gennem hotels.com at de var kede af jeg ikke fik de fordele, men de ville gøre det bedre næste gang jeg kom. Jeg svarede retur til hotellet med det samme, skrev jeg stadig var gæst på hotellet og om de gad oplyse mig hvorfor jeg ikke fik guldkunde fordel. Men de har så valgt ikke St svare på det spørgsmål

Doesn't deserve its 5 stars
It's a very clean and charming little hotel with a great location and proximity to the metro, only 7' on foot, 30' to the airport by taxi and 20' to the Marina mall on foot. The staff is very kind and professional. The buffet lacks variety, There is a lot of fish and chicken but beef and lamb are rare. The water and soft drinks are for free at dinner. The lake view is not applicable to all rooms. We could hear the traffic from our room and the ventilation system. If you check in after 10 pm and check out at 5 am like we did, don't expect any meals in your room or as a take away, even if you pay for one full day. We upgraded to a premium suite but the windows were dirty and the view was blurry. All in all, it was just about an ok experience.

Lovely hotel, with great staff
The staff is amazing, service is really great. Rooms are not extraordinary, but everything else makes up for that. Loved the gym, the breakfast buffet and the daily shuttle to the beach club.

Ok but not great.
Service was good overall, friendly staff but hotel had an older feel to the rooms. Overall did not feel very luxurious. No minibar.

I was scammed by fake pictures that don’t belong to the property. Does not have a beach or sand , you need to take a shuttle 3 times a day to the beach 15 mins away by reservation . Hotel located by the most dirty lake smell , restaurant cooking smell in our room, management changed my room , new room toilet broke twice , tub water is green , shower head broken , sewer lake cleaning smell every day . Stay away

There are a lot of single contributions regions for this property . We have traveled extensively and stayed also at Atlantis and Avani palm and both are better Firstly staff. Mainly staff in dubai are insanely good. Staff here seem disinterested / for eg Avani palm have a WhatsApp system nothing too much trouble / here I asked help with a local booking- nothing I can do?!!! The food is nice but very small and basic. The hotel breakfast is at a random bar next to the hotel and lunch and dinner ( nice ) are from a set menu which is odd as you’re sat in a beer garden full of smokers !! Pool is great but no sun until 11 but beach club amazing. Shuttle free but times rubbish ( pick you up early and we wanted to stay all day ) tip download the careem app and use local taxis / so so cheap Location good - food poor and service poor. We had a “ suite “ this isn’t dubai level suites is Uk 4 at best

Haben ein zimmer gekriegt wo die hälfte nur funktionierte haben aber dafür 2 tage später ein anderes zimmer gekriegt. Hotel nicht mehr der neuste müsste mal renoviert werden. 1 pool und Whirlpool waren ausser betrieb. Essen war gut service auch okey location auch gut. Würde nicht unbedingt nochmals kommen. Ist für mich kein 5 sterne hotel max 4

The hotel was fantastic, never had service from staff like this. They couldn't help us enough with ever small or large request. Flawless. The hotel room was great with a view over the pool. The facilities of the pool, spa, gym etc all very clean and modern. Great breakfast and dining options also.
