Good hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Vast variety of both breakfast and dinner buffet. Nice pool and gym on 46th floor. 5min easy walk to metro towards city centre.

Langsom check-in og dårlig service.
Reservationen var ikke på plads. Skulle bruge mere end en time for at få det på plads og alligevel var det ikke helt på plads. Blev sat til at betale for ankomst en dag tidligere og afrejsen dagen var sat til en dag for tidligt så mit nøglekort ikke fungerede. Da jeg skulle checke ud var de ikke klar til at justere min ankomst dag til den rigtige, og jeg måtte forlade hotellet uden enighed om betalingen for den ekstra dag. Sengen er fremragende og puderne super lækre.

This has to be one of the best Hotels I have stayed at especially with a growing family. This was our 1st holiday as a 4 and was not sure what to expect with a 3 bedroom suite. But we were extremely happy with what we got. My daughter got to choose the room she wanted and we had a spare room for all our toys and activities for my daughter to enjoy. The fact we had our own living room, dining table and kitchen as well as 3 bathrooms, really made us feel homely away from home. It really made our stay enjoyable. Not only were the rooms incredible, but the staff and environment were extremely welcoming. My daughter made friends with many of the members of staff and they really took to her as well and were very well trained for their job. The swimming pool (although could have been bigger) was a massive plus as my daughter loved it and spent an hour every day there and even made friends too. The food options during breakfast as well as dinner were vast and the speciality days for dinner were also incredible. Around the hotel, everything was very local. The central city mall was only a 10 minute walk away and catching an uber to go anywhere you wanted was within a 30 minute drive away. Overall I would give our stay and this hotel a solid 9/10 and would recommend this hotel to any growing family looking for a central location to stay in Doha.

We had an average stay at InterContinental City. We booked a Junior suite for the kitchen depicted on photos as we have a young baby and need to cook. But turned out there was no kitchen in the room. We were moved to a bigger suite with kitchen, but no view. Some of the staff were excellent (Innocent) but other were really not helpful. One turned away our delivery order. Then, the manager on duty was unresponsive and absent-minded. I was not impressed with how the management dealt with situations. The rooms were nice, WiFi strong and good. Location is wonderful, close to City Center Mall and the metro and many dining options. That was great.

This is the second time I came back to this hotel when I usually try other places. The staff are lovely and helpful. The city centre mall and metro station are a short walk away. The rooms are clean and comfy. We booked a 3 bedroon apartment this time and it was very spacious with stunning city views. The pool and spa are my personal favourite here and the staff are amazing. Would stay here again!

This was our second visit, this time for 11 days. We love this hotel , but particlularly the staff who are all so friendly and welcoming and make this a really first class hotel. Apart from this the hotel facilities and condition is excellent, and the area in which it is located is convenient both for world class shopping but also the metro system. Doha is a marvellous city and will become more and more popular in our opinion.

Very comfortable stay !
Had an excellent stay , warmly welcomed & given info about the hotel & the lounge benefits . Our room was on the 42nd floor , huge , well appointed, great beds , fantastic view , enormous bathroom , separate shower stall and tub , excellent toiletries . The lounge was excellent , 45th floor , very attentive & friendly staff , drinks flowed between 1800-2030 ! Also some very tasty snacks to enjoy too , you could easily make this your evening meal . The only thing we weren’t keen on was the pool , altho it was lovely and views incredible , it has a sort of lattice work roof over it , I would imagine great in the summer to avoid the searing heat , but at this time of year ( Jan ) when the wind whistled through it , it wasn’t a pleasant place to sit . That aside , all was perfect !

一週間ほどクラブルームに宿泊しました。 6時から10時、朝食はラウンジでも2階の朝食ビュッフェでもどちらも利用できます。 15時30分から17時30分迄、アフタヌーンティーでサンドイッチ２個とスイーツ２個がお皿に盛られたもにが出ます。 6時30分から8時30分　ハッピーアワーで細巻き寿司と揚げ物2種、オードブル3種くらいが用意されています。 メニューは変わり映えしないため、何泊かされる方は飽きてしまうと思います。 上記時間以外は飲み物のみです。食べ物はありません。 近くにショッピングモールが有り、食べるお店もあります便利な立地です。 スタッフも親切で良いホテルだと思います。 ただ、一つ残念なのはプールの水が不衛生だった事です。食べ物か何かが沈んでいて、2日くらいそのままでした。 こんなに不衛生なプールは初めてです。 プール以外はとても綺麗でした。

We enjoyed our stay and the staff generally were very pleasant and courteous. HOWEVER WE DID NOT FEEL THAT THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A CLUB ROOM WERE EXPLAINED CLEARLY TO US. SPECIFICALLY WE MISSED OUT ON FREE DRINKS BETWEEN 6PM AND 8 PM WHICH WE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED.
