THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA! There are homeless both inside and outside the building including those who use the oitside of the building as a toilet. There is fighting and arguing oitside the windows throughout the night. Broken down cars ate not removed includong one that the engine lost all of its oil in the lot and grass. It was not moved in the 5 faus we were there. Last but not least is the alarm system in the Chili's behind the hotel It flashes a strobimg blu light 25'7. When anyone passes by the large device on wheels there is a large voice that says "welcome to Chili's you are being recorded by video camera ". This goes off eery 5 to 10 minutes.

What was there to like??? There were homeless people all around the bldg, fighting, arguing and using the outside of the bldg as a urinal. Iasked twice for new towels and toilet paper and was never got any. The halls smell and there is a lingering odor of smoke even though it's a supposed to be a smoke free bldg. The onsite staff told me incoirect info when I called about the size of the room I initially reserved so I booked an additional room because of what I was told as I was traveling with my grown son. When I arrived I found the suite as I thought and didn't need the other room. They would not refund even though it was their error. This was a nice place before it changed to Suburban Suites. Never ever stay here!

I really wasn’t sure what to expect. The driving in Denver? Absolutely terrifying (watch out for the bus drivers) but this stay was incredible. Met a couple of nifty folks as well comfortably outside my own comfort zone we were grateful to have all the amenities needed in one room while we visited Denver!

Booked an accessible suite with two queen beds. Apparently this hotel does not have such rooms. No shower chairs or benches available so one in my party could not shower. Televisions did not work, toilet not secure and wobbled, toilet was plugged up, stains on furniture, scratches and gouges on walls and doors. Cynthia, the manager on duty, said there was nothing she could do. Maintenance had gone home (prior to 4:30). She said she couldn’t do anything to accommodate or compensate me as I had booked through Expedia. People smoke in the rooms and there were absolutely no amenities.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help where needed. The only downside is some people, don't know whether they are guest or live there can get very loud with music, slamming doors and being very loud talking. Turning the music up as loud as it will go outside

It was okay they left dirty towels in the shower but mistakes happen what I didn't like was the sound of people running and stomping all through the night and we had 3 TV only 1 really worked but it was cool cause I was able to watch Hallmark on the other TV

My colleague and I felt unsafe here. The next door Chilli's police monitor and regular public announcement of "this area is being monitored" did not give any comfort. The area was very noisy as the other guests and long-term tenants were playing music, talking loudly, and congregating outside. We were unaware before booking that the building is used for extended stays, which created an odd dynamic as a hotel guest. The room also smelled profusely of lingering cigarette smoke, even though the entire floor was designated smoke-free. Pros: the room was very spacious, there were separate bedrooms, and the unit seemed to have been thoroughly cleaned with fresh towels. Would not stay here again

When I checked in I had to wait 3 hours to shower due to all linen in room was dirty. Went to the front desk 3 times asking for a blanket and was told to come back in a few hours. Ended up not having a blanket the first night. The front desk manager was nice and apologized for the staff not getting me a blanket.

I thought I was at a unhoused persons encampment. When I couldn’t even access the lobby without calling on a phone from the other side of a locked door, I decided to leave and find another place to stay.

The accommodations for working (desk with pull out for laptop or keyboard were excellent. Room was very nice and comfortable. Access to the rooms was limited. This made it more secure, but less convenient than having more than one entrance to the building was.

The living spaces are nice the people are nice but fail to keep up with the vacant and occupied rooms. I have booked when rooms were listed to get there and find out they dont have any availability when i get there to check in person. Hopefully that problem will be solved but it was inconvenient enough for me to mention.

Terrible!! Unsafe for women travelling alone. The property smelled from people smoking. 5 days and not once did they clean the room, offer towels, I had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

The property was not taken care, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned - there was a half drank bottle of liquor under the bed upon check in. People in the area are noisy and do not create a family friendly environment in the slightest. Highly recommend staying elsewhere

The cleaning staff were outstanding. The front desk were very rigid and cold. Additionally they tried to charge me again for the room along with two deposits for the same incidentals.

This was the worst hotel I ever got in my life. There was blood on the walls, blood on the sheets, trash in the hallway. I took plenty of pictures. I would love my refund if somebody can get a hold of me. This was not a good hotel at all and I ended up spending over $400 on hotel rooms last night because you should not have that hotel on your website at all. Horrible. Look for your company. I'll never use you guys again but would really like my money back

Furniture so stained that I do not want to know what the stains were. Holes worn in carpet. Super noisey. Used by Day Laborers and people in tough times. Great place to go if you want to OD and not leave a body at your own house.

Don’t ever stay there. Property was disgusting. You wouldn’t think looking at it from outside but once your in you’ll regret ever stepping inside. The smell was horrible.

This hotel felt more like a homeless shelter upon entering the lobby. First room given somebody was in the room with dead bolt locked, 2nd room given only had a mattress and no linens finally 3rd room was acceptable other than the overwhelming smoker residue left. Clothing, trash and household items littered the hallways, closet doors broken off and laying in closet, 1 total lightbulb working in bathroom, no hair dryer. Vast smells and noises throughout the night. I would have and should have left immediately but I arrived late and was traveling for work.

It took me three tries to get to an acceptable room. Manager did not know what rooms were available or clean. This took too long to check in. Common areas were filthy. Rooms are just a hit or miss. You are taking chances with this hotel.

Good hotel you get what you pay for.
Do not stay in room 122 it’s right next a door that leads out and there are “deals” going on ALL night and that door Alma’s shut every.time also the room next to this has people that “live” there and TV blasted ALL night long with several dudes talking laughing along with it. Didn’t sleep more than a couple of hours at best.
