Although the property is only about 3 years old, it has heated water issues. And not in the best area of Colfax but keyed entry. We were on floor 3 on the far end of the building in 2 rooms (326 and 327). We did not have hot water. Luke warm at best. Advised the manager Paul who said he'd send someone up to take a look while we were gone. When we returned i asked and ge said they fixed it. This did not happen because still nothing warm. He called the head of service engineer who either came out or called. Mind you this is after Paul insinuating we were lying about the water issue because in his words "no one else has complained and if there was an issue they'd have more complaints ". Either way he (service engineer) then told Bridget (because mgr Paul had left) that the end of the building we were on runs out of hot water the quickest. They said the only option was to switch rooms to the other side of the building. This sucked because we'd already been there two nights and was unpacked. So we moved. No issues with water in 305 and 307. Bridget was extremely helpful and apologetic. The next day we stopped by the desk to speak to newly arrived manager Paul again and advise him we weren't lying and what the service engineer said. He still denied there being an issue or the issue not being what the head of service engineer said. Smh. No apologies, no compensation for the move and inconvenience. So this property lost stars. Beautiful property with spacious suites. Good breakfast. Colfax is a bit noisy but settles after 10 pm.

Had a dr appt at the children's hospital. And this hotel offered a discount and was across the street. Clean safe hotel. I did not like others smoking right outside the door. I liked my stay!

It was a comfortable stay with clean facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and offered a good range of options. The snack area could have used a refill, and the pool was a little small as well, but other than that we enjoyed our stay!

I was completely shocked when I pulled up and saw the surroundings of this property. Felt very unsafe parking. The hotal is gorgeous, very clean, and staff was awesome. But there are limited choices for food or other conveniences. Definitely wouldn’t walk anywhere outside the hotel.

Walking distance to hospital (reason for stay), however too close to the road - if staying here again, I would request a room on the back of the building, not facing the road. The staff is fantastic, every one of them!

This is the best hotel in the area if you have a doctor appointment at UC Health right across the street. The hotel has a small bar and restaurant open for dinner from 5-9. There are no restaurants in the area so this is great! They also have a nice big breakfast, not that good—need better coffee—but at least it is something to start the day. Staff is nice and room is clean!

The hotel is clean, room felt new, breakfast had lots of options, staff was helpful and we were comfortable. The only downside is because of its proximity to multiple hospitals there are sirens going off regularly and with our room facing Colfax it was noisy.

The staff here is amazing. I have stayed here while my husband was at UC Health. The staff was so kind, understanding, accommodating, and flexible as I extended my stay multiple times. The location is so convenient to the UC Health campus and a very welcoming respite from long days in the hospital as a caregiver.

Briggette at the front desk was wonderful! We didn’t realize we put our dates in incorrectly and she straightened it out for us and extended our stay. She was super kind and patient.

Nice accommodations.
Great check in experience with front desk staff - efficient, friendly and easy. Staff is present and engaging. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. everything was nice! 2nd time staying here, I’d stay again.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. We had a great visit, we were upgraded to a beautiful loft room. I went to the bar during the evening and had a drink and a meal and we had the free breakfast the next morning. While the food and drinks were good. The breakfast was very basic and had nothing great and at the bar and at the breakfast, and in our hotel room, almost every single glass was still dirty. Please just wash the dishes better. The staff was kind and responsive and we ultimately had a great visit.

It was fine. The listing was not clear that the “king with den” did not have a full size couch/pull out. We had 2 adults and one child (teen), so I booked the option that seemed to have fit all 3 of us. While the teen was able to fit on the settee, she is short so other folks with older children should be aware. The front desk didn’t offer a solution but did provide me with a set of sheets after I asked.

Great Place to Stay
The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Justus and Arron were courteous and helpful. In the bar, Tucker was a gem. It was a very "cheers" like atmosphere. The room was lovely and large.

We liked the security of needing your card to go up to the rooms. We didn't like that we had to ask 3 times for someone to help us with the closing of the shades.

I just needed a p[lace to crash before heading out early - it was comfy but the traffic was still loud at 10:30 at night - I realize this is not in the control of the hotel.....just saying. It would have been fabulous to be able to grab a cup of coffee as I was headed out the door for my morning flight. I felt like it was farther from the airport than expected

No room cleaning service
I got rashes from the swimming pool. Too much chemicals. This hotel didn’t clean my room even though i stayed for two nights. Not safe parking lot. However, the room was big and breakfast was good.

Are you certain that occured here at the hotel? Additionally, brand standards offer housekeeping every other night. Staying two nights, unfortunately does offer service for that length of stay. We are happy to offer daily service upon request should you choose to stay in the future though. Regards!
