No smoking.

Drive slowly through the neighborhood.

Clean up after yourselves.

Turn electronics off when away from the house and when you check out.

Please remove shoes while inside.

Rinse and place dishes in dishwasher after use.

Place trash in bear proof trash can.

Adjust thermostats down to 60° or leave off when you check out.

Please conserve water. House is on a well.

Only flush toilet paper down the toilet. The house is on a septic system.

No outdoor fires.

Carbon monoxide detectors are located on each floor of the house. Fire detectors are in each bedroom and each living room.

Fire Extinguishers are located next to each fireplace on all 3 floors.
