People outside door when I arrived sitting there. Front desk girl told me that was an isolated incident. Dead bolt in my room was missing a screw so it did not close properly. Room and elevator had a smell to it. Of traveling with children just be aware of the adult store on the corner . I was supposed to be there for 4 nights left after 1st. Then was told I’d get a credit of what I paid and they ended up debiting me. Now needing to go thru my bank. Customer service told me I didn’t understand banks if I was seeing a debit for my refund amount. Run from this hotel and run fast.

The positive is the doors close quietly so no slamming through the night waking you up. The negative is the area around the property seems a bit shady and the pictures on Expedia look NOTHING like the property. They are having work done on the front so you have to come through the back which they left unlocked and that added to the feeling of the property being a bit unsafe. The elevator is terrifying. It shakes, squeaks and at one point wouldn’t open. Then when it did, it was not even with the floor. It’s safer to take the stairs and get a little exercise. The bathtub/shower was not as clean as it could be. I’m understanding of older properties showing age but hair in the tub and it needing a good scrub is unacceptable.

Bathroom smelled of mold, Bathroom also had a weird popping sound when you turned off the light. Beds felt like rubber toddler beds and crunched when you moved. Walls are paper thin can hearing everything around you. Breakfast was not bad small but had enough variety so that was the best part of the stay.

The online representation of this hotel is far from accurate. There is hardly any parking close to an entrance, there is trash and road construction mess inside and all over the front parking lot. The elevator is VERY noisy (I was in a room at the very end of the hallway and elevator is in the middle of 60ish rooms - 30ish on each side and I could hear the elevator going up and down, door opening and slamming), the floor in the hallway is very uneven and cracks/squeaks, the WiFi signal is weak in room but said to be fine in the lobby however there's only seating in the lobby for 4 very small people. There is vending machines by the lobby but they don’t cool the drinks inside. Hairdryer in room was broken, only 1 of the lamps worked for light but 3 of the wall outlets didn’t work nor did the lamp outlets. The hotel amenities and room were not worth the amount I paid for the 2 nights I stayed. There was no other option to change hotels due to gymnastics and dance competitions being held on the same weekend, and I paid for both nights upfront which hotel management would not refund for me to attempt to find a hotel further away from where I needed to be during the days. Very disappointed.

There have remodeled the inside hallways and paint on the walls. Really fast elevator. As i checked out they accused me of smoking something other than cigarettes, all night long they say me outside smoking. I got my dwposit returned, but this will be the last time I say there when I come into town.

My mother loved this place, she says you guys had amazing spread for breakfast and even the coffee was excellent. My mom also says that her bedroom was very comfortable. She said she hadn't slept that well in a long time, and she slept very well each night she stayed at your hotel. She appreciated what your hotel had to offer.

I booked this room for family for the Christmas holiday (4 nights). My family member said that check-in was awful. The staff would not take her printed credit card authorization form and said it had to be emailed. The credit card holder did not want that information in someone's email. I believe a MGR got involved and finally accepted it. The outrageous part of her stay was that they demanded a CASH deposit for any "stains left in the room". They were informed not to "stain the bedding or floor during their stay". Ok. First of all, what is the point of having a credit card on file for "incidentals" if they are going to ask for CASH up front? Also, embarrassing your customers by talking about stains is incredibly unprofessional. She was afraid to use the white towels in the bathroom due to this, because of makeup, so she went to Walmart after 10pm to buy towels for her room after a 9 hour drive. She said at checkout they actually INSPECTED her room before giving the cash back!! DO NOT RECOMEND and I am so embarrassed for booking this place for them. I understand it's a Quality Inn and not a 4 star hotel, but common decency and professionalism should not be thrown out the window.

Customer services was not good towels were not clean the room smelled bad they kept my deposit of $50 because they said they smelled smoke which it already smelled that way when we walked in but over all terrible.

The entire building had a bad ordor. The bedding was thin and stained. I had to ask for 2nd comfortable and it was also stained. The breaskfast food was old and stale.not edible.

Good price for one night
