Tæt på perfekt...
Opholdet var tæt på perfekt - eneste negative der er at sige er at jeg den første nat fik et værelse ud mod en MEGET larmende hovedvej og betalings anlæg. Jeg klagede næste morgen over at jeg havde havde haft svært ved at falde i søvn i 'larmen' fra vejen - hvorefter jeg straks fik et andet og meget roligt værelse. Maden på hotellet var super god - noget af det bedste jeg har prøvet - og det er ikke så lidt..

Man føler sig ægte velkommen.
Jeg har boet på mange lignende hoteller forskellige steder i verden men aldrig følt mig så velkommen som på dette hotel. Lige fra ankomst til afrejse. Personalet forstår at give indtryk af ægte og personlig gæstfrihed og service. Ikke bare som et indstuderet koncept. Og dejligt med en shopping mall "next door". Vil helt sikkert vælge Leela næste gang jeg er i Gurgaon.

There was too much noise from drilling. I could not sleep well. Instead of helping then and there they proposed upgrade next time. When I showed discontent they didn’t even bother to respond. Not the Leela I hoped for

This is an unbelievably nice hotel in the heart of Gurgaon. The staff made our experience unforgettable and were always friendly, welcoming, and warm. They were friendly not because they had to be, but because they were happy to host us at their hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. It's a very easy walk to the mall next door, so you can shop or grab a bite to eat without ever fighting the Delhi traffic. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and it's definitely on our list for our next trip to India.

It was my first time staying here. The property is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and was good as well. The pool area and gym was very clean and nice as well!

Nice clean property. Overall, good experience. Reception staff; Jayant was courteous with my check out and extending by an hr. Also, Ashok Kumar, the elevator security person was very pleasant and always greeted with a smile - also ensured the safety all the time during my stay. One item I need to point out that is on my last day of stay, at the breakfast, as I was still having my breakfast and left my table to get food, a guest sat on my table across from me. This guest was earlier sitting on an adjacent table. I told him that I’m still having breakfast on this table and he totally ignored me. I did inform the hostess at the Spectra restaurant, as the staff should be paying attention w.r.t. the seating.

空港送迎のリクエストを忘れていたりとフロントの対応はよくありませんが、ベルデスクの方はお願いしなくても、私の仕草から察して荷物の重さを計ってくれたり、トイレまで案内してくれたりと対応が非常に良かったです。 朝食レストランは和、洋、中、インドと種類が豊富で、スタッフも良く気がついてくれて、食事を楽しめました。 施設は5つ星にしては壁紙が剥がれていたり、カーペット、床の汚れが目立ち、メンテナンスに問題があります。が機能は問題ありません。 モールに直結しており、出発前の買い物をするにはとても良いです。

Love this place. Great gym. Amazing breakfast. Kind staff. Good food options. Right next to the mall. Decent spa. Clean in my experience. Nice rooms. Beautiful design. Peaceful lobby where I love to read and relax. Only complaint is the room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was very hungry from traveling all day and had to wait around. But when I complained the jumped on it. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property, very dissatisfied with the Diya restaurant after waiting 45mins for dinner to be served. Cheek of a manager saying that is a normal time to wait to be served. Walked out and found better service in cyber city.. restaurant was not even busy and had a celebrity chef working. They were to worried after complaints of dal not being cooked from a couple who we’re probably trying to get free food. Apart from that nice hotel, and lovely rooms.
