Gorgeous Townhome w/ views, Private Garage, hottub! Decks!

Beautiful 3 bdrm 3 story townhome at Eagles Nest, where the views are the best in Crested Butte! 2 private decks, hottub, sauna. This is a wonderful townhome on the public busroute to the slopes or within walking distance to the ski lift. The shuttle stop is just in front and goes strait to the base. Walking takes about 10 minutes. In winter please use a 4 wheel drive!! The driveway is a bit steep, and tho it is plowed regularly, sometimes the snow comes down in buckets! 2 cars permitted: private garage for one car, plus parking for 1 car in front - no trailers.

1,191 square feet! King in master bdrm, queen bed plus a single pullout in the second bdrm, and a queen in 3rd bdrm. All new and high end. Queen pullout in living room. Sleeps 7 comfortably.
One car garage and space for one other car in the lot in front. All amenities - washer, dryer, fully equipped large kitchen, dining area, free fast wifi, large flatscreen tv in living room with cable and... amazing views! Bus to ski slopes stops right nearby - you can walk over overpass. Watch TV and enjoy the views at the same time!

This townhome is about privacy, space, views in all direction, and quiet. You are up on the mountain with a real birds' eye view of the whole valley, with no busy streets anywhere close. The jacuzzi is at the entrance end of the complex. Really an experience.
For the Bus Schedule google the “columbine” bus route for mt crested butte – the free shuttle! Takes you strait to the base area. From there you can go to the town of Crested Butte as well.

Comfy and clean
Great place to stay and watch the New Years Eve fireworks! All the beds were very comfortable (wish I had checked the brand before I left). There was a check in hiccup and the property manager answered my call immediately and remedied the situation. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great condo, amazing views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it fit our family of 6 perfectly. It had all the amenities that we needed and more and was well stocked. We were told we were in crested butte the hottest week of the year so the condo would get a little warm sometimes especially the loft room. But with the fans that were provided and windows open at night it would cool down. The patios and views were our favorite part of this condo! Loved having our morning coffee on the patio. Crested Butte was amazing and would stay here again.

Great getaway!
Great condo and a perfect getaway! It was spacious enough for my family of four. We enjoyed skiing and soaked in the hot tub one evening. We would stay here again.

Great townhome with lovely views
We had a great stay. Comfy beds, beautiful view of the mountain, nice kitchen and hot tub. We personally wouldn't want to walk back up the hill after skiing all day, but there is a free shuttle and a lot of other people hiked up just fine. Would stay here again.

Cozy, rather luxurious ski cabin
Thank you so much for helping us to access Adaptive Sports Center. We traveled with 4 disabled veterans. The stairs were a slight challenge. Definitely glad that we opted for the 4 wheel drive rental car but this condo was very comfortable, loaded with lovely furnishings and was so cozy. We really enjoyed it and the use of the garage came in very handy because it snowed. It was a lovely stay and right next to one of our most favorite places in the country- the adaptive sports center!

Fun Winter Vacation!
What a fun winter vacation we had!! It literally snowed every single day we were there. Crested Butte is the fifth ski resort town we’ve seen in Colorado and I would say it’s my favorite. The condo was nice with plenty of room for the seven of us who went, youngest being 10. We loved having our own private garage. It was handy for the heavy snow fall that dumped on CB the week we were there. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small but it had all that we needed to cook the meals we planned. I highly recommend having a 4-wheel drive if going during a heavy snow season. The drive is a bit steep climbing the mountain to the condo. We slid into a snow bank a couple of times going down the drive, leaving the complex but our 4-wheel drive is what kept us from being stuck. The laundry room is down stairs in the garage but it wasn’t super cold considering the temps outside. We meet the neighbors who were extremely nice! Actually all the people we met there were really nice. Great place for a family vacation!! It’s one we will talk about for years to come.

Terrific Condo in a Great Ski Town
We were completely satisfied with this condo. Extremely comfortable, great layout with living area, kitchen and dining on the main floor, and bedrooms (3) on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Fantastic views of the ski hill from many of the windows in the unit. It was beautiful to watch the late afternoon sun shining on the mountains peak! I like to cook a few meals when I’m staying at a VRBO but from past experience, I’ve learned to bring some of my favorite kitchen supplies and implements. It turned out to be unnecessary for this particular condo. For a rental unit, it was probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen. The only way you could get a better location than this conto would be to rent a “ski in/ ski out” unit but you would certainly pay a premium for that. If you don’t mind taking the local shuttle to and from the mountain, then this unit is a great value. Speaking of the location, the condo is on top of a very steep hill. I guess the assumption is that if you are there to ski, you are in good enough shape to walk up and down that hill, which you have to do to get to and from the aforementioned shuttle. Just a warning, if you’re in poor health, the only way you’re getting to and from the condo is by car. On the subject of the hill, the check-in instructions for the condo mention that you need a four wheel drive to get to the unit. This is certainly true in winter months. However, the garage for the unit is relatively small. I drove up in a Chevy Tahoe and barely fit in the garage. The garage might not be accessible if you’re driving some huge pickup or and extra big SUV. I didn’t have any need to speak with the property manager during my stay but the communication before our trip was more than adequate. I would definitely stay at this condo on my next trip to CB and would recommend it highly.
